I don't know how I would survive without TLE. I love this place, the teachers and the management team. My little guy has been there since he was 3 months old (he is now 3 1/4). I was terrified to leave him with anyone other than his mommy or daddy. But, with my parents having each lost their battles with cancer at a young age, we had to go the daycare route. We didn't have a choice. I researched a bunch of facilities and TLE was recommended to me by a few friends. I decided to go for it and I couldn't be happier. My son loves it there. Sure he has some attachment issues at drop off but someone always swoops in, makes him happy and sends me off to work. And of course, wouldn't you believe it - he NEVER wants to leave when I pick him up to go home. Being a working parent is so fun. ;) Recently there has been a change in the administration/management team and being someone who HATES change, the fear set it in. The day I met Ms. Christen and Ms. Dana, I knew I could stop worrying. They are just fantastic. They both immediately introduced themselves to me and my son and made us both feel like we have known them forever. I couldn't ask for a better childcare center than this! The facility is extremely clean, the staff is great, and my son absolutely loves each one of his teachers! Because he started school well into his 3rd year, I figured he would have trouble adjusting and be behind his peers but before he could be there a good two months he was already being promoted 2 classes ahead! TLE got him right on track! As a teacher, I am familiar with what it takes to run a successful school, and might I say that their academic and social programs are just what every child needs at such a tender and young age to prepare them for the next level! I knew he was in good hands when he came home telling me about how he learned about the forces of nature! The art work the kids do is always on display, they assign homework and activities, and they even have an online learning community that my son enjoys playing with at home on his iPad! We are fairly new to the NJ area so I think it has been great that he has not only found a learning community to thrive in but he has made so many new friends in the process (and mommy and daddy have too). Being a working mother and parent is hard when you do not have family to help with taking care of your child.... BUT it is SO NICE to have a place to bring your child when they care for your child like they are their own. We have been coming to The Learning Experience of Parsippany since September of 2018 and we cannot express our gratitude towards every single staff member there. From Management ( NICOLE AND ROSE) to Teachers, everyone always has a smile on their face. Our son started going at 6 months, He is HAPPY, We have artwork from him and the COMMUNICATION between STAFF, MANAGEMENT and PARENTS is amazing. Also- being a breastfeeding mom, I am very particular about feeding. They have followed my wishes for feeding my son and using Baby Led Weaning when solids were introduced. My son loves his teachers Ms. Ty and Ms. Vicki. OUr son is great around other children and he is truly receiving THE BEST LEARNING EXPERIENCE. WE could not be happier :) read more

From the moment I signed up for a tour, the team at TLE made me feel so comfortable. The atmosphere is exactly what you want for your child's development. Colorful characters along the walls. Art projects on display. My 2 year old son is doing so well, it exceeds my expectations. From his socialization and vocabulary, he has processed so much intellectually after being in the school for one month. I can't express enough words of thanks to not only his teachers, but all the teachers and administrative staff who all know my son Dj. They welcome you in like it's your home as well. That is exactly what I want for my son while he is away from me. Comfort, discipline, and learning while having fun just like I would do at home. My son plays better with others, shares, uses his manners, uses sign language, AND he's counting in Spanish! Thank you Christen and Dana for always making me feel like we are family. From the front office leadership of Ms. Christen & Ms. Dana, to all of the classroom teachers, there is true dedication to early childhood development. The front office communication levels are open and you are encouraged to ask questions about your child's individual accomplishments and areas of concern. The Preschool 3 teachers, Ms. Jammy & Ms. Jenn, are dedicated to preparing your children for Kindergarten. Their dedicated roles and participation are keys to your child's success. The different classrooms follow a very robust curriculum and enrichment program to keep your child focused and interested in learning. I cannot say enough good things about TLE! My daughter has been going full time for three years now and we have always had positive experiences with her teachers and all of the staff. The facility is always clean, decorated for the kids and filled with fun activities. I love that they update me all day on an app and send me pictures of my daughter every day. She has learned SO much being in Ms Brie and Ms Sue's class. They are open long hours and are even there on days when other schools are closed. I appreciate the dedication, time and effort they put into making every child feel comfortable, happy and always learning! I would highly recommend this school/daycare. We will miss them when she goes to kindergarten next year. read more

Where to begin? Lets start with 5 stars!! The Learning Experience is such a wonderful, loving and nurturing place. The staff and teachers are kind, sweet and affectionate...I am often so moved by how loving and caring they are to my son. Ms. Alana, Ms. Prity, Ms. Brittany and Ms. Anu are angels... I find it very comforting to know that he is so well cared for and loved by his teachers. That means the world to me. Hugs, attentiveness and gentle discipline when necessary. The facility is spacious, spotless and very sanitary. The curriculum and educational toys are perfect. I am amazed by my almost 2 year old son's vocabulary already!! My 4 year old son started in Preschool 2, at the end of August 2016. Within a week, the teacher saw that my son was really ready for Preschool 3. The staff was awesome at helping him to switch classes smoothly. This was my first time sending my child to school, and I was 8 months pregnant, so I was very nervous about the upcoming changes, but now that it's been a few months, I know that I made the right choice in TLE. Love this center!! Love the staff and the directors, Miss Jenn and Miss Erica are the BEST!! Our 2 boys have been a part of the center over the past 8 years, and we couldn't be happier. My daughter enrolled Dec. 1st and has loved every minute! She loves all the activities, snacks and the playroom! I especially enjoy the ongoing communication via the app, the learning activity-particularly the phonics program, and the staff. TLE Parsippany has been great! read more
