I really look forward to my "Special Days", where I get to spend the day in the classroom with my daughter, chat with her friends and see what goes on in her school. Then when she comes home talking about her day or her friends, I really know what or who she is talking about and it's wonderful to share that world with her. My third child is now in the 3's class, with Miss Susan and Miss Lisa. I can't say enough about their love and respect for our children as little people. Education is play-based, always with humor and understanding, and in the spirit of fun. Family events are organized regularly, and we remain friends with families whose children have moved on to elementary school. Karrah is a dedicated director of the school and always stays on top of meeting expectations and children's individual needs. I wouldn't recommend any other place to accommodate your children ! There were two instances where I went to pick my son and found him in wet clothes. His teacher did not even bother to change his clothes (God knows for how long he was sitting in those wet clothes). I don't understand how come his teacher did not realize that he was sitting in wet clothes if I could figure it out in few seconds after seeing my son. When I asked the teacher why he was sitting in wet clothes she did not even care to apologize. In other few instances, I found my son's shoe laces untied and his teachers did not bother to help him tie the shoe laces. Also his teachers were so rude, at several instances I have noticed them screaming loudly at the kids. Thank god , I have recently enrolled my son in an another daycare. My son is loving his new school from the very first day and never wants to go back to the learning experience. This is the worst daycare I have even seen.

Whippany KinderCare has turned out to be one of the biggest blessings for our family for so many reasons. One of the things we are so impressed by and pleased with is how much the director (Chelsea) and assistant director (Leah) are involved with all the kids. If we ever have a question, they always are aware of how our daughter is doing because they keep tabs with her teacher on the regular and can answer anything with confidence. Seeing how our daughter was progressing, it was suggested that we move her up a class. We were a little nervous to do this six weeks early but with their support and after being offered to do a trial day, to our surprise everything went amazingly well! Our daughter is learning so much and we already see such an improvement in her language development (both sign and vocal) and other skills like how to use utensils and not throw food at the table. It truly is such a joy to see how much she is growing here. As a parent, you obviously want nothing but the best care for your kid and we have no doubt we made the right decision with Whippany KinderCare. The school is very well run, and the owner Jeff is always there and knows all the kids and families well. There's a big outdoor play area and playgrounds, a gym area with a ballpit our son loves, a library with tons of books, and it's a nice modern building. They do lots of fun learning activities with the kids like hatching baby chicks, butterflies, zumba, yoga, and music classes.
