She assured me there was no additional paperwork needed, and that they were good. I sent another email in June to try to verify again that they were good to continue childcare after the summer, and never heard back. Since my conversations with her, Valerie left or was fired and the spots my children had, were given to other children. This left me scrambling to find additional childcare and forced me to take time off work. As a single parent, this was a terrible experience.

I work in one of the classes so I have an inside view, just like any daycare there are gonna be good and bad days. Goddard does a great job at potty training kids and giving them love and comfort while they are away from their families. They are organized and make sure that their staff isn't overworked. Goddard gives women the opportunity to grow their family and be a working mom. They pay for tons of training as well.

This is the only center that I know of, that provides drop-in services daily. The registration process is straightforward, making it easy to utilize their services. Registration fees are cheaper than I've seen in other cities for such services, and the hourly is a solid value, and much cheaper (and frankly, more reliable) than hiring a babysitter. I've used The Hangout probably half a dozen times for various reasons - from later meetings that extend beyond my child's school hours to unexpected school closures with a packed work meeting calendar for mom. While I wouldn't rely on it for everyday childcare due to the minimal learning opportunities, it does provide a safe environment for my child to, as the name suggests, hang out for a while. I appreciate the flexibility of opting into meals and snacks, especially on days when I haven't had the chance to pack them. In a pinch, The Hangout Childcare has proven to be a valuable resource, offering peace of mind and convenience when needed.

My child had two incidents that transpired in one day. The teachers in the infant room all all sketch except for Miss Cara, she is really the only teacher my son felt at ease with and was comfortable around from what I gathered. Miss Cara is the only teacher that communicated with me the things my child did daily and that was when she was actually in the room because she was out of the room throughout the day doing "breaks" There was bad vibes from all the other teachers and just the entire staff period. Ester the director of the school was polite and always helpful. The others were snarky and rude! I'm just glad I pulled my child out of there before anything escalated further! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE!!
