Belle and Bernadette are great directors, very friendly and attentive to any concerns. The facility is always very clean and comfortable. This facility's response to COVID has been impressive. I feel very confident dropping my son off every day knowing that he's in good hands and kept very safe. I can't recommend this place enough.

My child was kicked out for a bogus reason because as a single parent I advocated for her well-being. Yes, my child would have accidents and no communication, no communication additional clothing was needed, she would have clothes and undies not hers, diapers that didn't fit, pull ups or no undies, or nothing at all plus red and irritated private parts. My child went to that facility since 6 weeks old and never had so many issues that weren't resolved until recently such as failure to be aware of her lactose allergy and served her whole milk in lieu of Lactaid on numerous occasions. I am appalled this center has not received more complaints and inspections for the lack of attention to detail for each child in their care and the lack of training management has. Also they bribe currently enrolled parents to place positive reviews in order to receive fee waivers, don't trust the reviews. Confirmed with the director there are no Spanish classes or lessons currently, which would indicate a need for an update to the website. When I asked what language exposure opportunities are offered at the school, I was told about a teacher who "speaks another language but I don't know what it is." When I asked what their policy/procedure around name-calling in the classroom, they stated there wasn't one. If children are calling each other names, it won't be shut down and the educators may engage in the name-calling as well. When I shared our philosophy at home, that we don't call people outside of their names (that it's respectful to refer to people as they prefer)- and if people are called outside of their names, then the adults around shut down the behavior and role model appropriate/ humane treatment of other humans; I was then told that this wasn't the school for us because they would not shut down name-calling and that it would potentially be encouraged as "imaginative play." If you want a school that encourages name-calling and potential bullying, has indescrepincies on their website, and doesn't know their staff's backgrounds- this may be the place for you. If you want a school that encourages education, humane treatment, and cultural diversity- this probably isn't it.

They literally falsified information based on whatever prejudice they have against myself and father to my children. When CYFD followed up at the same home they reported - the investigator told us their report was 'frivolous and a waste of time' = UNSUBSTANTIATED. I contacted one of the teachers directly regarding their actions, and she told me the director would contact me- and she never did! I will never recommend this place to anyone. And during class time visits last year, one of the staff was being extremely rude and militant with some of my son's classmates, rather than exploring positive discipline approaches. I should have recognized that as a red flag, but had more faith in them than I really should have. These people lack integrity, are untrustworthy, and act completely fake - all smiles to your face when they obviously pass judgment behind your back. My kids are already enrolled in a new wonderful program, so we find this terrible incident to have been a blessing in disguise. Please, take your children elsewhere.

My overall experience was poor due to several significant issues, including potential privacy, ethical and possibly HIPAA violations , a lack of structure, and unprofessional conduct from the teachers. One of the most concerning aspects of my experience was what appeared to be a potential violation of privacy , ethics and possibly HIPAA and. During approximately end of March 2025 the director Dana Saiz discussed my son's behavioral patterns with an individual who is not listed on any of his paperwork as a family member or authorized contact. This is a serious breach of privacy , ethics and potentially violates HIPAA I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that , the daycare environment felt entirely unstructured. There was a noticeable lack of a clear curriculum or planned activities. ( lots of printed picture activities ) My son often came home without any indication of engaging in educational or developmental activities. This lack of structure is not conducive to a child's learning and growth, and it was a primary reason for my decision to seek alternative care inn addition to the lack of structure, I was also disturbed by the unprofessional language used by some of the teachers. On multiple occasions, I noticed the teacher telling my son he's 'breaking her heart' in the classroom. He's 4. This unprofessional demeanor creates an unsuitable environment for young children and reflects poorly on the daycare's standards. ( update : 1 week at new school and is STRIVING !! ) As a parent, my priority is to ensure my child is in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Unfortunately, my experience at Kidz R Us Learning Academy fell far short of these expectations. The potential privacy, ethical violation, the lack of structure and curriculum, and the unprofessional conduct of some staff members are serious concerns that I believe other parents should be aware of.
