She is always busy, and the staff are fully engaged with the kids. The current Site Director at Comanche ES, Josh R., is amazing and just seems to "get" kids. But maybe even more impressive was the reaction of the central office several years ago when I was disappointed with the past Site Director. They immediately engaged with her to provide direction and assistance. Did it make everything perfect? No, but it was improved and they really tried to help without making me feel bad. But the best review? My daughter wants to go every day during the summer instead of sleeping in and playing video games!

My child went to that facility since 6 weeks old and never had so many issues that weren't resolved until recently such as failure to be aware of her lactose allergy and served her whole milk in lieu of Lactaid on numerous occasions. I am appalled this center has not received more complaints and inspections for the lack of attention to detail for each child in their care and the lack of training management has. Also they bribe currently enrolled parents to place positive reviews in order to receive fee waivers, don't trust the reviews. It's run by a mother and her daughters who also have their children here. It's a magical place that has everything: no staff turnover, low infant to caregiver ratio, they take the kids outside to play, food provided once they get old enough to eat, temperature in the building isn't too cold (I was told at one place to pack flannel onesies because they can't adjust the air conditioning!), and they truly care about the children.
