Precious moments has been a thoughtful, multicultural & multi lingual daycare for my two young boys aged 2yr7m & 3m. My older son has been going there since he was four months old. The teachers are fantastic, showing great empathy, patience, nurturing and connection with my children as they help them develop the emotional, social/behavioral skills, & fundamental building blocks of being a beautiful little human. The classroom curriculums are fantastic, evolving as the child grows moving from one classroom to the next, helping them to develop & reach their milestones at a healthy and individual pace. Communication has been good overall - very consistent & incident documentation clear & immediate with video footage as well as teacher feedback. I would like to see growth towards digital communication platforms vs paper & am glad to see that this process has started. Security is top notch with a locked changing door code alarm system(entry & exit) & biometric/code sign in/out system. I feel secure knowing my children are in a very safe environment with attentive teachers & administrators on duty at all times. Cleanliness has been amazing. Precious moments and the Osuna location is by far the cleanest daycare that I have experienced in Albuquerque. From the beautiful kid friendly wall decorations to a clean environment and fresh aroma of daily disinfectants, I could not be happier with their execution of cleanliness. On a weekly basis I am witnessing the teachers and team cleaning and sterilizing play surfaces as well as toys and floors. Precious moments is certainly not the cheapest daycare, but is absolutely worth the investment in your children's healthy development and growth. I highly recommend Precious moments & the Osuna location, their nurturing teachers & responsive administrators in the charge of caring for your little ones. Precious moments is a place to be for pre K children and younger kids. I enrolled my daughter last Sept 2019 for pre K program. Everyday is a fun learning experience for my daughter Amber C. Teachers are pleasant and nice. They are really dedicated to their chosen profession or job. They are doing excellent service just to make sure all their students or customers are in safe hand. Their top priority is everyone's safety. Kids are enjoying especially they were given time to play, eat, read books and take a nap at noon time. Teachers and administrators/staffs gives updates regarding your child progress. They indeed play a big role in your child's milestones. I highly recommend this learning center to all the parents who find it hard to manage their time in taking care of their kids due to their busy work schedules. My daughter has been going here for the last year and I have to say that she is happy and well cared for here. She started in the 2's class where the teachers helped potty train her and reinforced potty time. I was impressed that she would come home and count in Spanish as well as in English. Her teachers had her singing every nursery rhyme I can think of and reciting colors and numbers before she was 3. Her transition to the 3's class was harder for me to accept than the actual process with the daycare they made it fun and almost unnoticeable for her. She loves her teachers there and has a blast learning. I have to say from the administration and the staff they are amazing. There is nothing but love for the kiddos in this daycare. This center by far is the best that I have had my kiddos in care with in the last 20 years. Amazing job ladies! read more

My 3.5y/o son has been going there since infancy. My 5.5y/o graduated from Precious Moments Osuna last year and is doing very well in Kindergarten. The teachers and directors are invested in the kids and communicative of daily activities & needs (photos/needs/illness etc) through the procare phone app. My boys absolutely love[d] going to class everyday, playing with their friends and completing projects. Generally, I have been very happy with our and our children's experience to date. There was quite a bit of change/movement through 2021/22 in regards to the teachers and directors which can be hard for kids who need stability and consistency in their caregivers/teachers. I do recommend this school/daycare to anyone looking for a quality & attentive daycare/preschool experience for their child/children. read more

My Child has been attending this daycare for almost 2 years and I can not find one negative thing to say about this facility. Everyday she looks forward to going to daycare and talks constantly of her teacher and directors. Seeing my child go to school happy and come home happy makes being away from her a lot easier. Thr directors do an amazing job of informing me of any concerns regarding my child and are very flexible with adjusting my child's schedule to fit my needs. We usually have specific criteria for the place our kids go to. We first brought our older son in 2015 and 2016. The place was very clean and they took good care of the kids. We loved the place that a few years later, we brought our younger son (2 years old). I just registered him a few days ago. When I got there after 2 years of not seeing the teachers/managers, I was very surprised that they remembered our older kid. They even remembered his nickname. They really treat their students as family. They are very kid and disciplined. I definitely recommend trusting them with your loved ones, they won't disappoint you. read more

My son attends Precious Moments at the Osuna location. He is in the two's room and his teachers, Mrs. Mercedes and Ms. Liliana are wonderful! Not only do you notice how clean it is when you enter the facility, but the teachers regularly disinfect the toys in the classroom. My child is always welcomed with love and hugs upon entering the room and the same when we pick him up at the end of the day. Both Directors, Belle and Bernadette are responsive, caring and informative. I removed my son from a Montessori school because we were unhappy there and we have been very pleased with Precious Moments. read more

They genuinely care and are always quick to respond to any injury or issues and keep me informed. They also let me know what my son is doing well. I was leary to put my kids in a daycare facility do to all the horrific things you see in the news. However this facility is clean, the staff is amazing & my kids like it there. The teachers are patient, kind & genuinely care for each child in their class. It's an educational environment that also lets kids just be kids. Nutritional meals & snacks are provided. Kids have outside play time, & go on fields trips. You definitely get what you are paying for. Precious Moments is by far the best daycare my kids have ever attended. read more

Both of my children have attended the Osuna location. I couldn't ask for more respectful, caring, nurturing, encouraging and loving center. My children have adored their teachers. It's always clean, they communicate consistently where my child is academically as well as socially and if there's a need for improvement. There's always a clear record of events if an accident report is needed (skinned kneee or bump on the head). Our son Benjamin just loves going here. His teachers are always willing to help reach goals that we set with their help. The bottle and pacifier are both gone. He is doing great at walking because of their help. Bernadette and Bell both call if there is anything wrong or if they have concerns. Recently Bernadette brought up transitioning him to the toddler room. Which we feel comfortable with this because Ben is comfortable with all the teachers there. We love this place. We had two kids here for 1 year in the 3yo room and in the 1yo room. Ms Rosa, Ms Sierra, teacher Beile. And many others that I am forgetting right now. I would highly recommend this daycare. My kids have been going here for a couple of years and they are safe and well taken care of. They drive them to and from school which is so helpful. We've had our son with them for the past year with the infants. I felt completely comfortable leaving him with the staff when he was 3 months. The facility is exceptionally clean in my opinion and the staff is always welcoming and loving.
