I initially stopped here to get gas (the provide BP at this location) and then I wanted to go inside to get a drink and a snack to wind down my night. After going inside it felt a little to small for my liking. I had to reroute myself several times just to look at items because of the people in here. I will give them this, it is nice and bright in the store and everything seemed organized and in place. I found my items and went to pay. The two employees working made it feel like anyone that was in the store was interrupting them and we should have just left without anything in our hands. It took a while be be rung up as the guy was having a full on conversation and slowly processing the transaction. What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. Once I finished my transaction we headed outside and were on our way.

Everything else is basically the same as other locations. The Western Fries are delicious (provided they're fresh). I like to say I'm not sure if RF is a deli/kitchen that sells gas - or a gas station that sells deli/kitchen because it's clearly both.

I come occasionally when they have a sale and I'm in the mood for their chicken. I came in, placed the order, paid at the counter, and waited to pick it up. My order was ready in a decent time. The chicken was just ok for me and the wedges too. I believe that you have to go to the right RF at the right time, when the right cook is there to have the best fried chicken experience l. The problem with that is you never know when those things will line up! It's the luck of the draw. All in all, RF CAN have the best "World Famous" fried chicken; you just have to be lucky enough to be there to get it at that time.

For what it is worth, this place serves its purpose. It's a small market in a community that…read moreaffords people the advantage of not having to make a longer trip to pick up a last minute item. With that you have to remember that this place has some items, but not all items. It was nice to be able to stop here and browse. My friend and I came in here to look for some snack items, I tell ya, it's all about the snacks. One odd thing about this place is that it doesn't feel like a market even though it is one. The shelves are not very high and you can see all across the store. Made you feel vulnerable and that you might be judged for the selection you made. If I remember correctly there is a prepared food area or maybe a deli counter. I didn't pay attention to this much as I wasn't there for that. Customer service here was pretty decent. They greeted and made chit chat with every customer that came in the market. Even though this is convenient for the area and an asset, they could do maybe a little something to make it feel less unwelcoming inside. It has a sterile feel to it, which is a good thing for a market with fresh produce, but there is really no character to the place. Unless that is the character you are going for, then you hit it spot on.

The gas station area was well maintained. They also squeegees, window washing solution and paper towels at every pump. I rarely if ever see them at gas stations anymore. The inside of the store was well organized and clean. I also liked the customer service. The manager was friendly and provided good customer service. When I am in the area, I will stop here for gas. From my experience, the Sheetz brand has been pretty clean, so it's great to see one in this location.

I'm glad we're finally getting more Sheetz in Maryland! Not that I still don't have a favorite…read morecompetitor, but variety is nice too! This Sheetz is about the same as most, mostly pros with a few cons. The cons are mostly to do with the MTO (made to order) foods. With their fried offerings, you're playing roulette. Sometimes, they're perfect. Other times, you can tell the oil should have been changed a while ago. Sometimes the experience is great. Other times, it ends with a few rumblies in the tumblies... if you know what I mean. Still, it's mostly all plusses here. Their gas is priced competitively, because they're banking on you coming in to order food and buy snacks. Which, for a convenience store, they have a HUGE variety to choose from! My fam and I love the Wisconsin Cheese Bites, but, again... see above note on the quality of their fried offerings. I also love that they have Johnsonville sausages as a near constant option. I do wish they had a bigger/better variety of sandwich options, though. The quality here is also only okay. All things being what they are, though, it's a great location with numerous options to fit most any appetite and preference. Very glad to have another Sheetz in town!

I have to note, since my first try of this chain, I do not get food from this chain, it's not my thing. I had one specific need when I came here and it was to get some nicotine as it was about to be a stressful week. I figured since I was in here I would grab myself a drink as well. I know this is a stand alone convenience store, but this place was extremely small. With it being small, you would think that it would be clean, lit, and stocked. It wasn't. They made it look all nice and new on the outside, but seem to have forgot about the inside. I grabbed my drink, made my way to the front and waited for my nicotine. I find it odd that, like many places, this place is shifting to self checkouts. They make it harder to find an employee to allow for purchase of items behind the register. Once I was able to get the attention of someone they still directed me to a self checkout register. Which is just odd and made for more work. I still needed an employee to approve the sale. Which you could have done at the main register. You could have just rung me up there, but instead you directed me to the register to the left. Really felt like a neighborhood store more than anything, not a place to stop when you are in travel mode.
