Let me add that she was out of the country on vacation so I could not come in earlier. I feel cheated and lied to. And she just lost a long-time customer. Also, she has you come to her house for services once you're an established customer. I had my eyebrows tinted and then moved on to my eyelashes. Both looked amazing. I also received a follow up call/voicemail from Shannon to ask how my appt was. Fast forward two weeks to my fill in appt. the retention of my extensions was the best that I have ever had. And once again, the staff was so friendly and I walked out with beautiful lashes again.
