I asked for the manager over all 4 hotels to call me. That never happened. I was given a non -NDA room even though I had reservations for months. The floor between the 2 Queen beds was wet and my clothing smelled like horrible mildew when I got home. My daughter fell in the 3rd floor NDA room as the floor level in the tub was very different than the actual floor. We were told "we won't pay for anything 3 days from now". I can call an ambulance for you now. I called this morning and told the male employee that answered the phone to have to have the owner call me before I reach out to the Regional Manager - I was told blackmail won't work and he hung up. This is just more than not having enough staff. This is a continual bad attitude and potential dangerous health issues. I just called to talk to a supervisor and was told that I could talk to Lynn. Not the owner.
