They have rooms that are large enough for groups from 2 to 6 people and rooms for 2 to 10 people. The puzzles were tricky, some quite difficult, but a lot of fun to solve. Kristen was our game master and she did a great job. She was full of energy and got us hyped up before we went in. There were items in the room that you could tell people had been a bit rough with, but overall the place was well kept, clean, and fully functional. Also, and importantly, the restroom was clean. We definitely intend to go back and try their other rooms.

Prior to this, we have done escape rooms at three other locations. This was hands down our favorite! We chose the Train Ro themed one and between the two of us we solved it with only one hint! Clues are straight forward and there are not a bunch of false rabbit holes to fall down. It is located in the basement, and the above area is used for events, so you may here some sound from above but it did not reduce the quality of the game. This was also my first escape room experience, and I left very impressed and hoping to do another one soon. Our puzzle was difficult enough that we had to work together to solve it (also thanks to some help from our game master). And it was exciting as the clock ticked more and more away. The room was also decorated in a way that it made the experience immersive. The staff made it easy to book and to enjoy this experience. Very well organized. You will use a wristband for your locker and for scanning the games to play (it also tells you how much time you have left). Would definitely recommend layers because you WILL work up a sweat. It was a lot of fun and a good variety. My husband's top two games were different from mine. You can play cooperatively with who you are with or versus (and the game is colored blue for co-op and red for vs). Workers there were great at answering questions. Everything was clean. Honestly, had such a blast and wish this was closer so we could go more frequently. Highly recommend.

We all loved the interactive games and had a great time. We literally didn't want our session to end. How it works is that you pay for a session, and then you can pick from several different rooms during that time with different hands-on challenges. You make your way from room to room, completing the challenges and competing against each other. I think there is a scoreboard somewhere to tell you who got the most points, but honestly, who cares? It's fun to just move your body and challenge your mind and body. Before you begin, you're encouraged to put all of your things in a locker, and I definitely recommend putting any sweaters or hoodies in there, as well as phones, if you think you might go HAM. This is definitely a workout! The people who work here are very kind and patient, and explained everything to us along the way. Not participating and just spectating is also an option, and you won't be charged. There are TV screens outside of each game room, so you can see what's happening and take some photos, if you want. This is definitely a great way to spend an hour or two with older kids, and I could see this being a hit as a birthday party destination.

It's easy to purchase online and have your group sign their waivers electronically and then download and print the clue books. I would give yourself about 5 hours to go to all of the haunts as one of them is about a 45 min drive and the line was over an hour long, luckily they let you use the tickets to the particular haunts whenever during the season. We had 6 people in our vehicle, I recommend you have at least 3 since the driver is kind of worthless since they are trying to pay attention to the road and their surroundings. The clues are written very well and are not easy! Great time, we could do it again if we were going to be in the Ville' next year at this time.

There's a review of what to do and not do and then the story begins! Once you enter the escape room, you'll have 60 minutes to get out! Hints are available if needed, but try to solve yourself first. Be gentle with the props and enjoy the vibrant energy they have created. Accessibility considerations: One step to enter the house, a few other higher curbs.
