I have used several of the vendors they recommended for repairs and was so impressed that I have used them on my own house, as well. The vendors were professional, very responsive, and reasonably priced. The HSJVPM team is ethical, proffesional, and personable. They address all of my tenant's needs in a prompt manner. They have been very good about keeping me informed of all issues with my property and tentants.

Colonial's clubhouse has a huge dining room, dance floor, and kitchen space. I recently went for a friend's Going-Away party and there was lots of room in the kitchen for food. The party was potluck-style so we grubbed! The dining room has plenty of large circular tables that could fit at least eight people per table. Chairs were standard plastic, but not totally uncomfortable. Unfortunately, guests can't access the lobby area anymore. However, there's an outdoor patio if you need a breather. There's restrooms in the back of the building, so you have to go outside to access them. You have to go out the clubhouse's back doors and make a right towards the pool, you'll see a door to your right and go down a hallway which will lead you to roomy restrooms. A wheelchair accessible stall is available last time I checked. The clubhouse is very well-kept and allows you to stay till early evening. So don't expect to be there till midnight. We started cleaning up around 6:00pm so we left after 7-ish?
