Whether you are an absentee owner or more "hands-on", they will work with you and provide whatever services YOU need. I have used several of the vendors they recommended for repairs and was so impressed that I have used them on my own house, as well. The vendors were professional, very responsive, and reasonably priced. The HSJVPM team is ethical, proffesional, and personable. They address all of my tenant's needs in a prompt manner. They have been very good about keeping me informed of all issues with my property and tentants.

LARGE CLUBHOUSE w/ PLENTY OF EVENT SPACE! I've come several times to this clubhouse for…read moreget-togethers, parties and send-offs. Colonial's clubhouse has a huge dining room, dance floor, and kitchen space. I recently went for a friend's Going-Away party and there was lots of room in the kitchen for food. The party was potluck-style so we grubbed! The dining room has plenty of large circular tables that could fit at least eight people per table. Chairs were standard plastic, but not totally uncomfortable. Unfortunately, guests can't access the lobby area anymore. However, there's an outdoor patio if you need a breather. There's restrooms in the back of the building, so you have to go outside to access them. You have to go out the clubhouse's back doors and make a right towards the pool, you'll see a door to your right and go down a hallway which will lead you to roomy restrooms. A wheelchair accessible stall is available last time I checked. The clubhouse is very well-kept and allows you to stay till early evening. So don't expect to be there till midnight. We started cleaning up around 6:00pm so we left after 7-ish?

When I moved out I wasent supposed to be out until the end of February. Ray sent someone into my Home before I was moved out without me knowing to do "fix's" he charged me my whole deposit plus an extra 180$. But when you do the math. He did bad math n actually owes me 20$ he took my whole Deposit. 600$ for paint. I lived there for 4 months and the walls were brick. So no holes. And when I moved in the paint was still wet inside he had just painted. Charged me 50$ for some One to sweep the garage and charged me to do the yard. Before I moved out he did the yard. Claims "I don't look like someone who would do the yard" Ray kept calling me sweetheart and kid. Even tried to ask what my service animal Was For because "I don't look like so Rome who needs one. I'm to young". Never rent from them. They are a horrible place to rent from. I lived with bugs the whole time and I called Office and they said "we will leave a note for Ray" yet no one remembers me calling! I tried to call to discuss the deposit. And the first point 50$ for burnt stove top he said "you are like everyone else. I go other people sueing me for this. You just want money. Just sue me like everyone else" he is unreasonable and once we pointed out his math wrong he even offered my mother in law a job! He is a horrible landlords and his properties are over priced. Do not rent from this man.

So for all u people that read this and he eighter kept ur deposit or u try to rent beware.... took me over a yr to get my money back but I did..... check cleared a few days ago.... stay clear from them bunch of scanless people that try to keep ur deposit... take them to court we all have right as renters.... dnt let them rip u off take before pics of when u move in then take pictures of u during ur painting and after for evidence that's what I did and any correspondence with them follow it up with a email for documentation.... good luck
