The toilet ran water from the tank the one I flushed it when I moved in. The maintenance guy actually came out to repair that and asked if the property manager had even seen the unit. I was told my unit was professionally cleaned prior to move in. It wasn't. There were old mousetraps and trash left in the cabinets. The level of filth left in my unit was horrifying. Grease is covering the ceiling of my kitchen because the stove is not vented. The blinds are falling off the windows and the window screens all have holes in them. There were streaks of blood and feces on the walls and doors of my unit. And every request I submit for repairs is ignored unless I email every day until something gets done. and that still takes weeks.

After paying a nearly $5k security deposit, we discovered 4+ months into our tenancy that both our Smoke Detectors AND C02 detectors were all either faulty or defective. When we requested a thorough walkthrough with House Match of the property due to our fear of faulty wiring (we were warned by multiple electricians that the wiring was extremely funky - example: the faulty smoke detector in the office was wired to the office fan which never worked until we discovered the wiring. Linda, Amanda, Pearl, and most important, Andrew (Drew) Butterfield failed to handle any major issue with courtesy, respect, or knowledge. AVOID HOUSEMATCH AT ALL COST!!! I know Pure Property Mgmt. technically owns them now, but they're still operating the 'House Match' way and it's both negligent, and a massive drain on your finances and time. Note: see drew's comment underneath. Yes Drew, we stopped paying because you were negligent and you/your staff refused to even acknowledge our emails until we stopped paying. It's called withholding rent due to unlivable conditions your bastard. If you want a SLUM LORD go with this guy, he'll harass you then try to slander you on the internet not to mention if your house happens to go up in flames due to faulty wiring he'll see 'well that's why we require renter's insurance' - which doesn't replace lost lives you dimwit. Btw Drew, releasing private information on the INTERNET like that is a breach of privacy per the court order. I'll be sure to pass that along to them ;) As i said, Drew's is an absolute a$$. If anyone would like his private number please contact me directly. Also - he's not the business owner LOL ‼‼‼ They were recently acquired by Pure and Drew is 'upper management.'

If not for them alone this issue would have been escalated much further than it had been. Upon hearing our concerns regarding our first month in the complex they have gone well above the standard and made things right. More than I can say for their bosses that like to sit out of sight and out of mind, and never bothered to reach out to us or take our calls. So if your supervisors see this, please give both of these ladies a raise or more help in the office to get caught up on what I have a feeling is piles of backed up work that you just shoved onto them because of poor planning that they now have to take the brunt of.. but again, massive kudos to the ladies in the office for helping us out and securing us a more than adequate offer to transfer units so that this unit we were in can get the work it needs so some other new tenant down the line doesn't have to go through what the past tenants have. Bringing the stars up ONLY because of how helpful Mia and Myrah have been this whole time. * If there was a way to give 0 stars right now I absolutely would. We haven't been moved in for just over a month and it has been nothing but problem after problem after problem at this complex. We were moved into a lower unit that is listed here to have experienced these issues already, and since we have moved in I have had to clean disgusting carpets that were not cleaned prior to us moving in (after seeing their review it makes sense from this slumlord looking property) I have had constant issues with a faulty electrical panel that after a professional came to inspect and correct recommend it be fully replaced as it was "scorched, shoddy, and a potential fire hazard" that keeps tripping if I use a toaster and a phone charger in my kitchen at the same time... we have been battling a constant presence of German Roaches that pre-dated our move in which points to a prior infestation left untreated which have still been dealing with to this day, and are now at the point of wanting to break contract because it feels like we were placed in a filthy unit that was not properly cleaned and prepped just so they could STEAL our money from us. Not to mention the fact that we pay for access to a gated community to park in but I haven't seen the gate work since I moved in. So if your cars get broken into here don't expect much else since they can't provide that simple amenity. If ownership even has the STONES to reach out to me, you can read this review and you can show up down here to talk to me. I'm serious, I would love to point out every little thing you need to fix, and I would truly like to re-discus our contract before I discern there is a course for legal action.. Anyways, if you're looking for a first place (or any place for that matter) PLEASE look elsewhere. I can't stress that enough, because it feels like the parent company is just a bunch of patchwork slum jockeys who just want to take your money. For everyone's viewing pleasure, please refer to just a sample of what my first month of this apartment has looked like. I'm sure everyone would love to be dealing with roaches everyday they wake up or come home from work right??? Anyway, ball is in your court evRIA. And I'm only the first of two tenants you got in here that would love to discuss this. Because my review was tame, my other half... well good luck..
