You have two options..the first is to make an appointment and show up at one of their locations. They will then photograph your mouth.. Answer questions...and walk you through the process. The second option is to pay 59.99 and have a kit mailed to you. You make your own impressions and send the molds back. My nearest location was less than 5 min from home. So I looked at the availability online...and signed up for a 4 pm opening. The consultation was at the monarch dental. I walked in and monarch staff directed me to a waiting area. I was greeted by Courtney. Courtney had a mask on and gloves took my temp, and asked me to sanatize my hands. She then took me to a room and asked me what I wanted from the experience. She was so nice and excited. She advised me that a payment would be needed today and gave me two options...a pay upfront or a pay 250 now and 89 a month after. She also advised that Cigna is not an accepted dental plan, but I could submit my receipts to cigna for reimbursement. The whole process was about 40 min. She took ,3d scans of my mouth...gave me smile swag. Explained what is coming in the mail and what I need to do. She was knowledgable and kind. At the end her manager Marcelino came in and asked me how it went. He reviewed my photos and my payment form. From what I understand I willnot have to step fiot in the building again, everything will be delivered to me...I follow instructions...I upload photos to the website and an orthodontist will virtually monitor my progress. I am happy with the service I received.

When I arrived, a high-pressure sales pitch for deep cleaning (not covered by insurance) was given citing deep bone loss. He gets his teeth cleaned every six months and has never been told anything about bone loss, so he was skeptical and declined the deep cleaning, but asked the lady with the clipboard (who wanted the procedure approval) if he would still get the regular cleaning today if he didn't agree to the deep cleaning and she answered yes. However, they only polished and flossed - no plaque scaling was done at all. He felt pressured and when he didn't give in, they seemed to not care and only wanted him out of the office. A call to the office manager gave conflicting answers and a general disinterest in making it right.
