For the price of what you might pay at a chain restaurant you can enjoy a buffet that offers more than just the regular offerings. Let's go over the confusing part here first. Processing and payment. I approached the counter to pay for the buffet. Mostly this was easy to do, you pay, you get your ticket, and then you move onto your seat. However, what they don't tell you is at the beginning of this, if you want to tip via your card, you have to inform them at the time of payment. I didn't find this out until it was time for me to get up and go. My server let me know that I could do this and I would have to go back to the counter to ask for this to add the tip onto my bill. But instead of the tip going to my server I would have to get a slip to hand to my server insuring that she would receive the tip I had added to my card. So, long story short, add the tip to your card if you aren't carrying cash before you start to gorge. As for the food, it truly depends on the day that you are here as to what is the theming of the food. I happened to visit on the Thursday which translate to Cajun. Not my favorite, but not to worry. Not all the food is Cajun, it's just the theme for some sections. Speaking of sections, this place had a good mix. The most interesting of it being that they have a bar that you can get a drink from if you so see it fit for your meal. The sections are Ladle & Field, soups and salads, Mama Mia, Italian, mostly pasta and some pizza, Southern Fixin's, think down home cooking like fried fish and sides, Butcher's Block, all the meats and possible some burgers, Fresh Catch, fish centric, and Sweets & Co., all dessert. When I was seated I was asked what I would like to drink and of course I went with sweet tea. My server, as you can tell at the beginning of this review, was a dear and took care of me throughout by checking up consistently. I started out by just diving in, I also did a round of all the station so I knew how much of each thing I could try and not feel bloated after a plate of when I was finished. I went back multiple times and definitely got my fills worth. Mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, fried food, the list could go on. I finished strong by sampling the sweets. When it came time to get up an go, my server made sure to stop by. This was the most weird thing that happened, she full on hugged me. Overall good place for a buffet. The earlier you go the better the food. Sometimes the food is a little salty but it def good. I love the seafood buffet. Many options to choose from. They are usually always offering some type of special. The food is good. The pricing is often at times unclear I don't always have my "discounts" applied as a Diamond member. During the weekday the service is top tier but busy days...absolutely avoiding. We sat and didn't have our drinks and a lady in a black suit heard me and went to get our sodas personally. She asked the lady about our sodas, the lady told her that we switched our drinks from tea to Pepsi which was a lie. It's on our receipts. Thought I did the already ... But ok, here goes again... $55 for a buffet. Ok, crab legs, all you can eat, fine... It's more than any other crab legs buffet that we've visited, but we were told there were 5 other restaurants to eat from, so we decided to give it a shot. We had call, before driving there, (2 hours from MS), and as a veteran, I asked about a veteran discount.bi was told YES! OFF THE ENTIRE BILL! That was the justification for our going, because I don't eat crab legs... So, in light of the fact that the regular buffet, without Crab, was only 28$, which they would not honor for people not eating the Crab legs, at least the $11 dollars off my dinner wouldake the cost of my buffet not so absurdly priced... Arriving, we were told THERE WAS NO MILITARY OR VETERANS DISCOUNTS. SO, we paid $130 for dinner, and had the absolute WORST service. This was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back... No service, no crab crackers, no refills, just plain ol' bad at your job, on top of the being lied to about the veteran discount... We'll never go back ... And since we do not gamble, the buffet was the reason... I ate a salad and one plate, for $55. I was driving through and saw the signs for all you can eat crab legs. They had me right there! The Kitchens delivered! The crab legs were phenomenal! I eat mostly crab legs but the few other items I tried were also great. The Prime Rib was delectable and the whipped potatoes were also to die for. Going to keep it short and simple. The food in The Kitchens is delicious made fresh buffet keeps being served accordingly. We went to check out the All you can eat crab legs on Saturday and it was worth the little drive from The Smol Rock. Service was great and courteous Food on Point... Believe me the crabs are worth the price and you definitely get the best value for your money than any other place I have seen around. I don't understand the bad reviews on here. The crab legs and other food options on the buffet line are delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs when I asked for a refill or napkins. The ambiance is very nice and upscale. People complain about the price, but I find the price for all you can eat crab legs a good deal since seafood is very expensive nowadays. The buffets in Las Vegas is double the price for an all you can eat seafood buffet and not that good in terms of food quality and service. I would recommend trying it out for yourself if you like crab legs and other food options at a reasonable price and ignore the bad reviews on here. read more

Service has something to be desired the people cleaning do a very good job, but don't expect to have your drink filled like it should be you might have to track them down. I think the biggest problem is when you pay for this buffet you're expected to give the tip upfront before your service. Therefore, why should you have to work hard for tip? You've already got it. The food sucked. It would have been overpriced at half the price that was charged. The steak was so tough that it could not be cut or chewed, the chicken was so dry, I had to take a drink after each bite to get it down, and the potatoes tasted instant and were the consistency of wallpaper paste. First time there since the dog races. The place looked nice. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We all,thought the food was ok. The prime rib was absolutely terrible. Probably the worst we've had. The crab legs were good. The fried chick and fish were good. The pasta station was awesome. If in the mood for crab legs it is worth the trip on a Sunday afternoon because it's $20 cheaper than a Saturday. Not worth the price on a Saturday to me. Well I stupidly came back to this place on a weekend night. Forgot its crablegs so they think they need to price gouge their customers. As I've said before, Vegas runs circles around this place. Also the casino needs to loosen up their slots a little bit. And also as u mentioned before, if your driving thru, just keep going and go to the casinos in Oklahoma.
