I had a small mix up a while back and we were told to come back in and they will replace the two…read moreitems. When I went there the manager said she didn't know anything about it and couldn't find my name in the system so I paid for the saem items a second time and she told me she will speak to someone who she thinks knows about the mix up and agreed to refund me when she gets the info she needs and then said she put my information into the system a second time and would get back to me. I waited well over a month and she never contacted me so I went back into the store to ask what happened she then pretended she didn't know what i was talking about then went to she heard about it then a moment later she gave me every single detail about the conversation. I guess playing dumb didn't work for her especially when it got to the point that her lies got out of control. She then looked for my information again and then said that unless I own a restaurant none of my sales or information is stored at that point I asked her well if that is the case why pretend to add my information on 2 different occasions and then at that point she became angry with me and I said I am trying to treat you like a lady but you just want to sit here and lie to me I guess you are just someone who lies a whole lot and called her a lier. I walked out of her store paying for the same items twice and told her she has lost my business.
