    Recently went here for a 50 minute massage. Amazing massage. Melissa is extremely professional and talented. So relaxing. Highly recommend.

    I cancelled my membership back in September 2025 due to having a stroke. I have the documented…read moreemails, and spoke to "Peggy Holmes" the office manager. My spouse also reached out to Eric Pallor (the owner) regarding this matter via email. Once my wife contacted Eric (the owner) regarding the matter, Peggy called us back to inform us that the membership was cancelled. I come to find out today that I have been being charged since September 2025, although Peggy Holmes reassured my spouse and I, that the membership was cancelled. My wife and I inquired about reaching out to the owner Eric Pallor which Peggy replied "Well you can try but he's on vacation." I have never in my life encountered a manager, like Peggy Holmes. She lacks empathy; compassion and customer service skills. I find it extremely concerning that Peggy is the manager of an establishment that promotes wellness and relaxation. Peggy at no point tried to deescalate the conversation, rather instead she antagonized it with her uncouth remarks and gaslighting rhetoric. Yes I was upset/unhappy over the phone, after being gaslit by the manager and charged for a membership that was "cancelled" back in September 2025. It's nice to know the owner is on vacation, meanwhile his employees are scamming vulnerable customers.

Horrible. Things happen. and for them to take my whole massage fee so the masseuse gets paid is absolute crap. I can see paying a fee but not my whole massage. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again.

I told the technician Jackie that I believed she may have made a mistake and went too high on the one side. She told me not to worry and to give it the full 90 days and that she was positive I would achieve the desired results by then. 30 days later, I started to notice my love handles were becoming uneven. The right love handle was becoming smaller while, lo and behold, the left side remained unchanged. I emailed her explaining my concern and disappointment that I spent $1,400 of my hard earned money on my left love handle, only to have the wrong area treated. Again, she assured me that it would even out after 90 days. 60 days after the treatment passed, it got even more uneven. Friends and family began noticing my disfigurement when I would take off my shirt by the pool. 90 days passed after the treatment, it was time to go back in to get my "before and after" pictures taken. I told her that I was extremely upset and that I couldn't believe how much money I wasted on my left love handle. She apologized and told me there was a protocol to file a claim with Zeltiq. She just got back to me this morning and told me there was nothing Zeltiq could do for me and that her boss would not refund me my money. I am beyond livid and absolutely disgusted by the greed displayed by Bella Derma. They had no empathy and refused to take responsibility for their mistake and now I will be forced to pay hundreds more to fix their mess someplace else. If you want CoolSculpting done right, go someplace else!

Dr. Flaks discovered my skin cancer timely and took care of it in the office. She saved my life. I never waited more than 10 minutes in her waiting room. This practice is the best.

It might have been Rosie and Rosie never made any notes about anything. Leann said she didn't call me and didn't make any effort to resolve the issue I was having with getting the medication refilled. In my opinion, there was no reason for me to be playing phone tag because on Wednesday, when I spoke to possibly Rosie, and Rosie said the doctor will send the Rx to Pharmacy Emporium, it should have been done. If it was my business, or I worked in the office of Dr Flaks, I would not respnd to patients with "I did not call you." I would take care of the reason for the call first time call resolution, and if not in one call, I would follow through and ensure that my reason for calling was resolved and I would have called me back. She did not do any of that. Leann also said she did not see that anyone called me from there yesterday but they did twice and left me a voicemail once. My phone keeps track of all the times I have spoken to them. From now on, I am not deleting their voicemail messages to show proof that someone there left me messages, some of which are very detailed which I prefer. If I knew how to record the calls themselves, I would do that too. I know I can, but I don't do it. I have been waiting since LAST Wednesday for Zoryve to be sent to a specialty pharmacy and for that pharmacy to contact me for my new insurance to fill the medication for me which I really need. Meanwhile, last week, I was told Dr Flaks said she will send a RX for the Zoryve to that pharmacy and I haven't gotten it or heard from the specialty pharmacy and her office staff isn't doing their due diligence. Dr Flaks does not seem to care either, and now I am looking for a new dermatologist who knows how to treat their patients as well as their staff. Do better!!!
