Yulie and Seydy, you ROCK!…read more I got a deep cleaning done because the summer heat had our apartment smelling like a cat shelter and I was over the headaches it was bringing. Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!

Franco's team has delivered, and I've been highly appreciative, and impressed, with Mary and team, Sol, helping me monthly since January, for the past 5 home cleanings, or so, and counting. Mary, my head house cleaner, listens attentively, and I can trust her to deliver high quality work, listening to my needs and preferences. I also recently hired Franco's Home Cleaning for exterior and interior window cleaning, and they did a better job than professional window washers, who used pressure washers! Mary and team, Sol, attentively cleaned all windows, by hand, even correcting the exterior window cleaning that was done last year, as well as dusting and cleaning the interior of the windows. The price was also extremely fair. I can't recommend Franco's Cleaning Service highly enough! He is also an expert communicator, and his whole team is trustworthy, respectful, friendly, and helpful, while arriving on time, and performing high quality work!

I can honestly say that our company has never looked so good. I would definitely recommend The Professionals over any cleaning company I have ever had clean for us. PROS: Traci was incredibly responsive when I reached out for a quote, answered all of my…read morequestions, and arrived on time. She was there 4 hours and did not charge me more when the cleaning took longer than her original estimate. CONS: I have no idea how she spent those 4 hours, because I had to spend the entire weekend scrubbing the things she missed. I hired Traci (based on great Yelp reviews) to deep clean an apartment the landlord had not cleaned well (pre-move in). The place is old and imperfect... I knew going into it that it probably wouldn't sparkle, but told her that I was primarily interested in a good scrub to remove the grime and gunk left in the kitchen, bathroom, and on the light switches. When she was done and it came time to inspect, I was shocked to find the amount of things that were missed, including a large, dried puddle of stuck-on goo in one of the cabinets, left by a previous tenant. This is something super gross and in plain sight. I am seriously astounded that this was overlooked after 4 hours of deep kitchen cleaning. I then pointed out some stuck on grime under the stove ledge (which I had pointed out during the initial walk through). Her response? "Yeah, I don't think I can do much with that... You could probably get it off with some Goo Gone"............. I thought that is what I was paying YOU for!!!!!! Bottom line: this company may be fine for some light dusting or vacuuming in a well maintained home, but AVOID if your job requires elbow grease of any kind.

We used this cleaning company for nearly two years, across two different homes. In the beginning,…read morethe service was solid and consistent, which is why we stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.
