When she was done and it came time to inspect, I was shocked to find the amount of things that were missed, including a large, dried puddle of stuck-on goo in one of the cabinets, left by a previous tenant. This is something super gross and in plain sight. I am seriously astounded that this was overlooked after 4 hours of deep kitchen cleaning. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. We had four services and the first was excellent- the rest of the cleanings they didn't even vacuum or mop the floors (?), bathroom vanities and sinks weren't cleaned, nothing was dusted... I could barely tell they were there. They were also in and out in about 45 minutes for each cleaning which never seemed long enough for a 2200 square foot house.
