(Stay calm, that was 27 years ago) This place is an institution. My family have all worked here. We've spent many a christening, wedding and funeral here. Sunday mornings, ma & da needed a curer, happy days - I got to see my childhood crush and my cousins, with a bottle of lemonade and some bacon fries. There's something about the smell of the pub that's very familiar and comforting to me. Not to mention the bar staff who have been there since I was a lil'un. It's weird to say, but it's kinda like being at home. They decor hasn't changed much, it's still the same colour, albeit freshened up. People around here don't like change. Maybe that's why. I love this place.
