A locals pub, and an institution with proud links to the history of traditional music in the capital.
I'll leave this one to a story from my father. I think it sums up the great wit and charm of Dubliners from this part of the city.
"I remember when they did this place up, in the mid 1980s, there was music playing in the jacks then. They tried to ban jeans and all, it was never going to work.
