My least favorite part of the evening was when we were trying to pay. They were just holding the handheld machine, so we could not take our time looking at the bill and filling out the tip. The presets were something like 20%, 25%, and 30% tips. I am not opposed to tipping that much if we received above and beyond service, but that felt very pushy for such a nice place.

Most everyone had a ribeye and I think there was one filet and everyone said the same, the steak was delicious. The sides were a bit of a different story. My special came with a twice baked potato, asparagus and carrots. I wish I could say those were as good as the steak but they weren't. The asparagus was basically a garnish (although good) and I wish it could have been one of the sides instead of the carrots. The twice baked potatoes tasted fine but basically came out room temperature to everyone except one. That one was hot. The carrots just need to be taken off the menu. Come up with something else, give more asparagus or make the carrots interesting. Put as much effort into them as everything else. They came almost like they were partially raw fresh carrots and some cooked mixed in. They were not good either way. None of us who ordered them, ate them. Our server was excellent, and the food came fairly quickly and everyone's steak was perfectly cooked to their liking. Our drinks were right on time as well. At 35-40$ per plate, I felt it was reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the ambiance of the train depot. It was nice that there was plenty of parking too. I'll definitely be back and I'll update my review but I will not be having the carrots.
