I am a firm believer in chiropractic care and have been seeing Dr. Dominguez for over six months and was informed that when he was no longer treating at this facility. I went in with neck, pain and leg pain due to my workout routines. I then saw Chiropractor Tom Ontiveros and he immediately asked me to lay down didn't even ask how long or anything as other chiropractors do to get to know there patient and was very short and rude. He then gave me a half ass adjustment, for a minute, I thought he was in training or he didn't know what he was doing. As I was laying I observed the chiropractor next to me and he was being very thorough with the patient and I received the exact opposite . Dr. TOM then told me to get up and said that I "really did a number on myself " and I needed to go get a massage. I was literally on the bed for three minutes and he sent me on my way and they charged me $49, I am not one to give reviews unless I have exceptional service but in this case it was the worst service I've ever gone at any chiropractic office and I will not be returning. I will share this with friends and family that go to this facility,. This is just my experience with this with this particular doctor and I hope the manager reads my review, and not just ignore it!! read more

They have very reasonable pricing but u do have to make sure u use your visits for each month or u loose them and it's a two month minimum. Witch really isn't bad , for my first visit they adjusted me and I wasn't paralyzed after so that's good and my back feel much better . Looking forward for these next two months to come . The Joint has helped me both physically and mentally since I have signed up. They gave me knowledge on how to fix a sciatica issue at home and helped the process with the adjustments. Very disappointed with this business and their practice. Save yourself from their membership offer and conflicting sales pitch. Although I cancelled my membership they continue to debit my bank card as if I received services for months after cancellation. Fraud is reported to my bank and the matter is unresolved. Been having a fair bit of both lower back pain and upper back pain which prompted me to start coming the The Joint. I love the fact that I rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes and the staff is both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and there is always ample parking. Dr Cavanaugh has been awesome at addressing my concerns and alleviating my back pain. I now sit and stand with better posture and a lot less pain. Good concept. Walk-in chiropractic care. No appointment necessary. The execution is pretty good too. I have rarely had to wait at all, and when I did have to wait, it was only for a few minutes. Prices are kind of steep, but I think they are still competitive with other chiropractors in the area. They do tend to spend a few minutes more with you than what I have experienced at other offices. You can buy one of their packages to bring the cost down. You see whichever chiropractor is there that day. All that I have seen have been good. They will also adjust kids. read more

So I joined the Joint about 2 weeks ago enrolling in their $69 monthly member program. I was going to a different location and I thought it was great. Then, I came to see Dr. Cavannagh here on Main st. and it was AWESOME. I was greeted by a wonderful woman by the name of Royce who made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She politely offered me some water and told me to take a seat. I waited for a few minutes and Dr. Cavannagh came out to get me. This guy knows what he's doing and I have a feeling that he genuinely cares about his patients health and well-being. Their "month to month" plan is deception. I verbally told them I never wanted to automatically debit and I wanted it canceled immediately, seems like months ago. Today I was told canceling their contract cannot be done without a written request, otherwise you are automatically enrolled forever. Your credit card fraud unit will reverse this. This place is very nice and we'll kept. The gentleman helping was nice! But they get a one star because I lost my job. So I told them I need to quit my membership. Which I got earlier this week. I got laid off unexpectedly and I felt so bad because of it. I asked the lady to please not charge me, that I would not be using my other memberships and I only used two of them. She kept saying she could freeze my account. And told me not to quit and to stay. She was almost forcing me to stay. I kept saying no I need my money to spend other places while I'm looking for work. They are thieves at this place! And only care about your wallet! I begged her not to charge me again. Because I just signed up that week! She was very rude and very mean. Then when I went to the back to get my last adjustment which would be my second one. The guy was rude, and didn't even talk to me because I canceled my membership. Basically threw me to the side... So sad that once you can't afford it, they treat you like crap. I was even going to sign up again once I got a few paychecks under my belt. But now..no way! I've had multiple great experiences at The Joint. DR. Cavannagh took his time in our initial consultation to figure out my needs. I felt like he listened thoroughly to my concerns and gave me a homecare follow up as well. I have been going to The Joint Chiropractic on Main Street in Santa Ana and I have to say I have been to many chiropractors over the years to correct my neck and back pain, but Dr Szentivanyi has been able to correct and relieve the pain in my neck and back when other chiropractors never could. He was able we to get to the hard areas in the spine with precision to correct the problems. My neck and spine have never been better. I recommend The Joint also because the have a really good price range for anyone to afford. They are also willing to work with you with the financial side. When this review was written, Dr Gallo and Dr Cocks are the 2 chiropractors working there. Both are amazing, very knowledgeable and they care about their patients and it's noticeable. The Joint is a success because of these 2 guys. I have a bunch of chiro's right around the corner but I'm willing to make that drive every week to the Joint because I've had my best experiences here so far. Normally Dr Gallo works from Monday to Friday and Dr Cocks works weekends but their schedule does change so this information could be outdated when you're reading it. I hobbled in to The Joint this morning and after a sleepless night caused by lower back pain and shooting pains down my legs. Thankfully I didn't have to wait and I got seen right away. (The sweet receptionist probably felt sorry for me.) Dr. Kavanaugh took the time to really listen to me tell him all that I had been experiencing and customized my adjustment. At the other Joint location I frequent, the wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am quickie visit just doesn't cut it. The good Dr. even gave me home care instructions and advice for how many more weeks I should gauge my pain and symptoms.
