The Yelp reply from this business is condescending. It's ridiculous to require someone to have to physically go to an establishment and appear in person to cancel a plan. Their website has no contact phone number to call at all and they do not reply to the form email. I contacted the office directly and asked to cancel--but they won't cancel over the phone. So obviously somewhere in the "CONTRACT" that Alyssa alluded to requires a personal appearance to cancel. They won't tell you that when you sign up for this... they simply say you can cancel after 2 months. I was told to "make sure to cancel a month before" indicating it took a long time for them to stop automatically charging you each month. I would also like to add that somehow a man from this business called my cellphone and left a long voicemail and said he saw my comment on Yelp blah blah blah, they obviously stalked me to figure out my last name and phone number--this was very off putting. I will be contacting Yelp about this clear privacy issue. I just want to cancel my plan, I do not like the service or the doctor that is there most days--I don't feel comfortable. The female doctor that I initially saw at this location is only there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so obviously, this is not going to work for me. I understand that she is at other locations on the other days that are in other areas of town but they are not near me or convenient. I don't like the other doctor. Now, if you want to stop by and pay $40 a visit for them to crack your back then you'll be there no more than 5 minutes. They clearly want to lock you into a "contract" and make it as difficult as possible to cancel. The strange call and the condescending reply referencing the "contract" lack the basics of customer service and their misguided attempt at resolution has exacerbated the issue. Just continue charging me because I'm not going to set foot in there, I literally don't feel comfortable now. read more

Have had 2 good adjustments- but the chiropractor put his mask down on his chin - essentially not wearing it.

They only do basic care. Adjustments only. They only do walkins. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. It's truly in and out. The most attractive aspect is the prices. Truly affordable. My back has never felt better. I have actually stopped all pain meds since I started coming here. This location rotates between two doctors. Dr. Newport and Dr. John are super nice and take their time to listen to you. Tell them I referred you!! read more

I went into the office today after attempting to get information over the phone to no avail. I walked in with a friend and introduced myself and was handed paperwork. Mind you, the receptionist was loud and lacked decorum when discussing the process....nevertheless....I was told it would be 30-40 minutes as there was one new person ahead of me. I agreed, and filled out the paperwork. Upon turning the paperwork back in she looked over my form and there was information I left blank intentionally as it did not apply. Loudly...for the second time...she lifts the clipboard up and begins to discuss my personal information. I made the corrections and she said it would be 30-40 minutes again (insert blank stare) umm ok. I sit and wait as the new customer is seen as well as 7 different customers who walked through the door. The straw for me was as the new customer finished I was certainly next; but, no 2 more walk ins were told to go ahead. At that point after waiting for over an hour the "chiropractor" walks out completely turn his back to me for the seventh time and asked a gentleman to come on back. Another lady got up and did the same. I stood up and asked for my paperwork back and asked to be removed from their system. She then says oh "You were going to go right after him...." Please note the 'after him' man just walked in. I said no matter. Give me my paperwork and I left. The receptionist was loud and rude as people walked in suggesting they go to another location and how there are new customers so there would be this long wait. She stated the Collierville never has any business and people should go there.....(Inserts cringe) On the window and website it says no appointments. I strongly suggest they change this rule to, "We see clients based on who we like and know first all else will have to wait." Save your time, money, and nerves and go somewhere else maybe the Collierville location since she says they get no business. read more

This place is super convenient and the chiropractors are so nice. They do a great job and it's fast- you don't need an appointment and you can just walk in and be seen quickly. The plans are great too- $59/m for 4 visits and just $10 for every visit after that- so affordable. People don't understand how much they need chiropractic care! Having your lower back and neck straightened out is so healthy and everything just functions better when your spine is aligned. Convenience, speed, and affordability are the best things. read more
