I had the most disappointing and unsatisfactory experience at this location. I chose to self-pay and later discovered that my insurance was also being billed without my consent - effectively charging both me and my insurance which was confirmed by my insurance company. This is insurance fraud and l've reported this to the appropriate authorities. In addition, the care lacked clinical follow-through. There were no meaningful reassessments, and x-rays were only taken at the very beginning and end of care -- not during treatment - making it difficult to track progress or adjust the plan. The digital check-in form asked about progress each visit, but it clearly wasn't used to make any treatment adjustments. I was initially told that if I discontinued care, refunds wouldn't be provided for prepaid visits-only the option to "save unused visits for later". That discouraged me from stopping sooner, even when I wasn't seeing results. I eventually chose to discontinue treatment and requested a refund for my unused visits, reassessments, & the post treatment X-ray that I didn't receive, which I did receive after following up with corporate. I recommend that others proceed with caution: verify how billing is handled, make sure progress is being regularly assessed, & that the care plan is being adjusted accordingly and don't delay discontinuing care if your needs aren't being met. Additionally, the provider - Dr.Stormy Green, and a front desk associate often appeared irritated, when I asked billing & treatment questions or raised concerns. This created an uncomfortable environment at times, but I encourage others to ask questions anyways and advocate for themselves. I wouldn't recommend anyone patronize this provider / location considering this terrible experience. read more

Yes, the care with Dr. Stormy is amazing and very helpful. Yes, she takes really good care of me every single visit. The office experience is top notch. This is a great business. I must say they are very professional and they communicate well with there patients. The process of becoming a patient is smooth. You simply call in set a day and time to come in and the rest is smooth. On my first visit, I had a consultation. They did an assessment on paper and then did some physical work. I had an X-ray also. So no back popping (adjustments) on the first visit, lol! However, I did lay on the massage table and go into the stimulation room. My next appointment, we went over the X-ray. That way, I would know exactly where my problem areas are and what level of adjustments I would need. During this appointment, I was adjusted, laid on the table, and did the standing machine that shakes your entire body. They set your appointments based on your needs. I was in need of 6 weeks. I have to go 3 times a week for the first 3 weeks, then 2 times for the last 3 weeks. It is a bit costly. Insurance pays for the bulk of it, but keep in mind that it's $40 per visit. Great business. I definitely recommend! read more

The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. I was experiencing neck pain and constant popping. Dr. Jayda performed an initial evaluation. She explained my diagnosis in layman's terms. She performed a spinal adjustment. I felt so much better leaving than when I arrived. I totally recommend The Chiro Place, Poplar Ave. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. G.

Dr. Granger is a native of rural Alabama. She began her studies at Alabama A&M University where she received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology. She then matriculated to Life University in Marietta, Georgia where she obtained her Doctrine in Chiropractic. She has been practicing for numerous years and has extensive training in various areas such as pediatrics, expecting mothers, sports injuries and neck/back related issues. Her greatest desire is to assist the community of Collierville and surrounding areas in reaching their health goals and maintaining a long and productive life

Hours are somewhat limited, but even within those limitations, I have never been turned down for an adjustment. Don't forget to bring 50 cents on each visit for the ever ubiquitous Memphis parking meters. 50 cents should cover any adjustment. If you use a debit/credit card the MINIMUM charge is $1.50 - a 200% increase in cost!

I have been going to them for quite some time now, and let me tell you Dr. Lynsey is the best. My migraines have been getting a whole lot better it's to the point we're sometimes I can go a whole without a migraine I love it. I go in like a ole broken down car and come back out like a whole new car! I love them the staff there is awesome Hailey, Olivia etc they are all fantastic friendly and very fun. Once you walk in they greet you like if they know you like family. The other day Hailey asked me if I was hurting I just looked at her and was like I look that bad huh? Be both started laughing and she responded yes ma'am the way you pulled yourself out the car I can tell you hurting!! LoL it's the best relationship you can ask for when someone knows just by looking at you without you saying a word they know how you feeling. This is a chiropractic office. The treatment steps were explained clearly, and I received all the papers outlining the procedures for care during the first month. The office staff was professional and communicated well with the patient. Dr. Stormy showed sincerity in explaining the injuries by showing the X-rays and provided very thorough care during treatment. The adjustment process was explained from the start, and the expected results were shared. The adjustments are performed professionally and with respectful care.
