I have been to numerous chiropractors in my life, and Dr. Brett is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been too! I was having severe migraines to the point where they were getting unbearable. Dr.Brett has helped me tremendously! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and office staff is always very welcoming and has excellent customer service. read more

There's always something going on at this location. It is extremely disappointing whether it's their system that is down or a doctor not being in completely. This location puts the joint practice to shame. Give this place two chances in both times were extremely disappointing. Sticking to my Highlands Ranch location. read more

Went in today with my husband for an appointment. My husband waited in the car for me. It took 30 minutes for the appointment. The doctor did a good job, but they tried to upsell me on more appointments two different times. Made me fill out Paperwork to try and upsell me. Then made me wait at the end of my appointment to try to sell me additional appointments. I don't appreciate that as a regular customer. Definitely made me feel like I am just money to them. read more

Dr. Abby just change the trajectory of my whole week! I have a monthly membership to The Joint which I used to use every week but lately I've been slacking because my body felt OK. Last night I didn't sleep well at all so my chronic pain came back... I went into the joint and was lucky enough to see Dr. Abby. She provides a gentle yet strong and effective adjustment! Her personality is great and knowledge is excellent. She will take the time to explain something to you if you have a question. Definitely check her out. Her schedule is Sunday through Wednesday. read more

I feel I need to give Jade at the front desk the ultimate props. I have never had a customer service professional be so patient and kind. I was very stressed out and pretty much a jerk to her. None of what was happening was her fault... She never wavered in her kindness, never lost her cool and was able to solve my problem with ease and grace. She deserves a medal and a raise. Thank you, Jade! read more

This was one of many of the Joint locations I visited throughout the metro area. I don't know if the regular doctor was out that day, but I didn't see the doctor listed on this particular website? Instead it was a chiro who gave me about two adjustments and when I asked for this particular one or that particular one, she responded, 'well I didn't think you wanted me to adjust you because you're wearing a dress.' WTF? Yes, I was wearing a dress that went from underneath my armpits, down to my ankles! These people are seriously ridiculous. read more

This is an exceptional place to get your adjustments done! All the staff are very friendly and respectful of your time. Although it may be busy at times, all employees seem to handle the pressure very well. I look forward to going in every Tuesday night and chatting with the gentleman that does my adjustments! He seems to remember everything I said the last time I was there. Thank you so much read more

I just visited The Joint at River Point Parkway and was extremely pleased with the new chiropractor, Dr. Kerry. He eased my anxiety and took a gentle but effective approach with my treatment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and has a very calming way about him. I highly recommend Dr. Kerry for your chiropractic needs. I walked out realigned ! Another plus is the friendly receptionist who checked me in. Five stars all around. read more

This place is a godsend. I woke up yesterday with excruciating upper back and neck pain, so much so that it was a real challenge to sit with good posture, turn my head, or touch my ear to my neck. Back problems run in my family, and my dad has been going to chiropractors for nearly 40 years, so I immediately looked up chiropractors in the area. However, many of them charge $150+ for a first visit, do not take walk-ins, or both. I work 8-5 during the week so any kind of medical care needs to be convenient and fit into my lunch break. My first visit to The Joint was $29 and I was in and out within 30 minutes, which included filling out intake forms and discussing my medical history. I saw Dr. Kerry and although he was efficient, I felt like he really took the time to learn about the pain I was experiencing, my daily activities, and my medical as well as chiropractic history. I noticed a big difference in my level of pain yesterday right after my visit. Now, it hasn't even been 24 hours since my adjustments and the pain is almost gone. The chiropractors and front desk staff do briefly go over monthly payment plans and other package options, but it didn't feel overly sales-y to me, just "here's what our options are; feel free to take them into consideration." To be honest, getting realigned regularly is important, even when not experiencing pain, and The Joint makes it far more accessible than most. I will definitely be back. read more

Went in for the first time for a stiff and sore neck from a little snowboarding fall I took the week before. Nothing major. Paperwork took about 10 minutes. They got me right in. Adjusted me with a few good neck cracks. Quick little debriefing after. Done. It was exactly what I wanted and I feel better. Not bad for $29! Will be going back. read more

This place is a scam!! Go in for the initial first visit promotion for under 30 dollars, walk out the door paying over 100 dollars with the impression that that would cover the next 8 visits for one month. Next thing I know I am being charged another 80 bucks for a wellness plan we had no idea we signed up for and there's no possible way for a refund unless you call corporate!! Called corporate and of course got a voicemail. Run far away from this place read more

This office is fantastic! I've been adjusted by every doctor that works at this clinic, and I always leave feeling relieved and better every single visit. My boyfriend and I both love their membership pricing and how convenient it is to get adjusted while running errands or on our lunch break. Will definitely be back to this location soon! Thank you Dr. Scott, Dr. Z, and Dr. Gonzalez for always making me feel better! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would - or maybe a negative rating. First, the chiropractor who adjusted me was eating lunch and burped loudly as I was waiting for him to finish his snack. While on the adjustment table he attempted one adjustment and then informed me that it would take daily visits to get me to a place where a weekly would be beneficial. I stupidly signed up for a six month plan and after bad experience after bad experience was relieved when my six months was over but NO. They charge you monthly after the six month contract is complete unless you give them a written letter stating you wish to have your contract cancelled. This place is a racket. read more

I'm not sure of the doctors name, but this is my favorite branch of the joint franchise that I like going to. Very reasonably priced, I have the monthly subscription, and I usually have a pretty good experience. As with any franchise in a service field, it isn't very consistent across the board. But what I like about this franchise is that it gives you the opportunity to try several locations and find which ones really work best with you. read more

I have been a client of The Joint for a couple of years and experienced a number of chiropractors at this location and others. I have to say that Dr Kerry (current practitioner in Fall 2019) is an excellent adjuster, a caring person and someone who has helped me a number of times. I love the no appts, the no to little wait and of course, the results. There are days where nothing helps me feel better but a visit to Dr Kerry and I often feel immediately better or better that day after some relaxation. Thank you for the excellent care. read more

So rude! I will not return. Went today because I saw a guy putting a sandwich sign that says walk ins welcome. Sign on door said they are closed on Sundays. They have a paper sign in window though that says Now Open Sundays. Walked in and the guys at the counter said "we aren't open now, come back in 5 min." We waited in front and returned in 5 min. No greeting, just said he needed our scan card. When we told him we are new customers and do not have a scan card, he told us that they are not accepting new walk in customers due to COVID spacing to limit the number of people in the shop. We pointed out that nobody was in the shop and he said that didn't matter and that's the rule. What a jerk. No need to go to The Joint and get abused. There are plenty of sole proprietors that would appreciate the business. read more

Do not...I repeat... DO NOT sign up with this company, in particular this location! They have no interest in your safety or well being and they will abuse your account information. The "doctor" was unable to help me, I ended up in the ER. Called later with a diagnosis, they seemed concerned and told me my account would be cancelled. Several months later I noticed the payment still being taken monthly. I called again, they demanded medical documentation for corporate. I dropped it off and was informed they would "try" to satisfy the issue. No more payments were taken but they had no intention of repayment and I only went the ONE time and when they were unable to help. I would never recommend this company. read more

First Time, Office staff was helpfull, The Doctor was very professional and she explained everything and what was the plan to get me where i need to be to keep playing Baseball, and enjoy otherthings. Stopped as a walk in. As soon as I finished filling out my paperwork I was give a card for checking in on my return visits- before I even talked to anyone about my symptoms. Simply HATE companies that are all about the money rather then the well being of the patient. Won't be returning to the Joint Chiropractic read more

Great service but still charge you for extra month after you don't use it it's not good for me

I started going here on the recommendation of a friend. Price was cheap and they were friendly. Basic adjustments and I felt ok, but it seemed a little rushed - no real assessment, not a lot of time spent going over treatment things. Just a quick pop and out. After about two months I got in a car wreck and had to go to a different chiropractor. The difference was stunning. The biggest issue was the difficulty I had in canceling my membership. I called to cancel and was told I had to come in person. I went in person, filled out a form, and left. They told me my membership was canceled and I might be charged one more time, but that was all. I got three more monthly charges before I called them. They claimed they didn't have my cancelation form on file and refused to refund two of the previous payments. Super. I can't help but wonder if they make most of their money on people who try to cancel but can't. Unbelievable. read more

First, I want to say that my boyfriend had a positive experience here with a different chiropractor on a different day. Second, I did get there at 3:30 when they close at 4. I didn't call first because when my boyfriend had called to make an appointment they told him to just walk in so I just assumed the same would apply. It also doesn't say anything different on their website. When I got there, the receptionist handed me the paperwork to fill out & there was one other patient in the waiting room. You can hear everything going on in the open treatment area. So basically if you're not into the entire waiting room hearing everything you're saying, this place isn't for you. While I was looking at my phone & I heard the chiropractor say to the receptionist "I don't take any of these after 3:15." I deduced that she was rudely referring to me since I was the only person in the waiting room. She took me back the 3 feet, didn't introduce herself, didn't ask me my name or anything about me other than where it hurt & if I had been to chiropractor before. When I said that I hadn't the look on her face was pure annoyance. I guess that's why she doesn't take "any of these after 3:15." She did explain to me what she would be doing & got to it. While adjusting me, she was listening to what was going on in the waiting room & said multiple times "they have to have a card, they have to have a card." I guess not having a card is like having the plague after 3:15. I tried making some small talk because that's usually what you do when you're somewhere new & you feel uncomfortable..right? Someone came wandering through (another patient?) while I was being adjusted. The chiropractor told him it was my time at a chiropractor and to leave (Gee, thanks). After adjusting my neck, she told me I looked traumatized. I said that its because I work with patients with spinal cord injuries so cervical adjustment makes me nervous. Instead of trying to make me feel better or more comfortable, she then got really defensive & told me that just so I know her malpractice insurance is only $2400 a year even though the AMA wants to hold chiropractors more accountable. Good for you? Overall, she adjusted my back so if you're looking for the bare minimum this place is for you. She told me 3-5 times I should come back on Monday. Yeah, Monday or never. read more

It may b cheap but u see a different doctor each time and they just adjust everything no specificity. See a real chiropractor

What is dr debs full name..she used to work here and left and i was gone out of the state during the transition and was not told and would like to continue seeing her. The only bad part of this model of chiropractic care is losing the doctor who knows your body best! read more

Quick and routine adjustment. Both times I have gone in I did not have a wait and went right back. I was put off a bit recently because the doc did not care about any of my personal history. I am pregnant and also have a spinal fusion. I told him this info, but he didn't ask any questions... Like where is the fusion and how far a long? I felt better when I left and my neck really needed the adjustment. Just know the treatment is not personalized at all. Everyone gets the same adjustment no matter the hurt area or medical circumstances. Doctor did not even introduce himself, so I have no clue who I even saw... I bought a package, so I'll be back read more

My initial review was accidentally kept in my drafts for months, so it was posted much later than I wrote it. However, it is accurate and there was a female chiropractor that saw me and said she was from New York and completely ignored a dislocated rib. I have been asked to remove the review by the business owner under the claim that I'm lying about my experience at this location. I will not remove it and I don't have the wrong location. read more

I used to really dislike the chiro that was here. Bought a package and immediately regretted it. Today that changed as I there are all new docs! I had Dr. brown and he was awesome! I've seen the Doc three times now and am feeling so much better. I had been putting off seeing a chiropractor for years and the first adjustment left me feeling a bit sore, but after two more weeks and two more adjustments my spine is moving freely again and my knee issue is completely gone. I have just had the worst customer service from who I believe to be Katie at the front desk. I signed up for a months membership and was told I could cancel before my next billing date. Upon trying to do so she informs me it's a two month minimum. This was not presented up front when I asked many questions and got out my calendar to ensure I could cancel before billed again. This front desk girl who claims to be the manager, the one who hasn't smiled upon my 4 visits, informs me she did tell me this. Her attitude was flippant and rude, told me its too bad I signed the forms and her owner who lives out of state is more strict than her. She refused to give me her name or number of whom I now know is Vicki, and also come to find out the Corp. Mangers name is Josh Reed ( he is next on my list to call) . She let me know in no uncertain terms the owner would not care because I signed the form and that's how it is. I asked about canceling my credit card and she said they would take me to collections. Her blatant attitude was too bad too sad. This is a terrible image for this business to have as the face of their business in addition tomthe backhanded way to obtain memberships. There was no apology giving me the benefit of the doubt nor saying I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding or sorry I can't help you. I have talked to other joints ( far more friendly) and they said there are 3 buttons you can push, 1 to cancel and bill, 1 to cancel and not bill, and 1 to terminate immediately and this Katie gal chose to screw me and not cancel as intended. Let me say she really ruined my experience however the dr is fabulous, polite and professional. A poor representative for this franchise should not reflect on his skills. Kim E read more

I go to this office exclusively, Dr. Justin Willcoxson really helps with the chiropractic adjustments. I am also grateful to him...He found something wrong with my fathers spine, and recommended that we get him to a hospital right away. If he hadn't noticed that there was something wrong, and my dad had fallen he would have been a paraplegic. I would like to thank all the staff, for making my trips there comfortable and friendly. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service was good, however once I tried to cancel, it was a different story. I signed a cancellation form, but it was misplaced and I was forced into another month. I paid and cancelled and took a photo for proof that I filled it out and handed it to them. A month later I was being heckled to pay for the last month, because it takes 30 days to cancel and I was on a different billing cycle when I filled out the cancellation. Such BS. I wonder if this is how the business makes their money. I refuse to pay (another last month) and hope others will see this before signing up for a membership. read more
