I arrived with little to no range of motion, and a jaded outlook as my attempts at avoiding surgery at a different PT clinic had epically failed and left me worse off. When I called to make my first appointment, I relayed my concerns -- and unlike the other clinics I called, I wasn't dismissed, but rather scheduled with the clinic director with more extensive experience and advanced certifications. To say that I've been pleased with the progress made entirely possible due to the hands-on treatment, customized therapy sessions, communication about at-home exercises, pain management and an understanding of the non-linear progress that is postoperative healing, is an understatement. Any hands-on doctor/patient care requires a healthy dose of trust; trust that is earned. Dr. Dunn and Physical Therapy of the Rockies have earned my trust. But on Dec 21, Dr Charlie Yang and his team went in and fixed it. .......fast forward We then had to start PT and my husband was needless to say, healing at an amazing rate on his own. We chose Ascent as his PT therapy. From day one, Will was amazing. Not pushy, worked at my husbands pace. Now my husband had been treated for a form of let's call it 'neuropathy' because nobody ever gave us an answer in CA for years. Where he would wake up with cramping and could barely walk. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and comfortable as well! Best of all my therapist Chad worked hard to help me restore my aching back-literally! He used a variety of exercises, stretches, and massages to heal my muscles. Within a week I was seeing results and reduced pain!
