Daryn Vucelik and The Joan Kelly Group exceeded every expectation we had in selling our home in Sun City. From pricing strategy to positioning our home for the market, Daryn's expertise was exceptional, and her understanding of what it took to present the home at its best made a real difference. The result was a fast sale and smooth closing. She was proactive, responsive, and always three steps ahead, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. What especially stood out was her guidance in preparing the home, including helping us navigate a significant cosmetic issue that needed attention before listing. Daryn and her teammate Marcus consulted contractors and coached me through a DIY solution that turned out beautifully, saving us money while improving the final presentation of the home. That kind of hands-on support was just one example of the thoughtful, practical solutions she provided. Daryn is sharp, honest, hardworking, and knows how to remove obstacles seamlessly before they become problems. She gave us confidence because we always knew what to expect and felt fully supported throughout the process. Daryn is personable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. If you want an agent who combines market expertise with genuine advocacy for her clients, we would strongly recommend Daryn without hesitation. We would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking to maximize both results and the confidence that comes from having the right agent in your corner. read more

Fantastic Experience with Beth Chamberlin & The Joan Kelley Group We chose Beth Chamberlin because she was enthusiastic without being pushy--excited to work with us but always at our pace. After meeting her in October, we told her it would likely be three months or more before we put our house on the market, and she was perfectly fine with that. Best of all, she stayed in touch and didn't just disappear like others did! Though Beth was relatively new to the real estate scene in Sun City, that didn't hold her back. When we finally decided to list, Beth was our first choice, and she delivered! By then, she had joined The Joan Kelley Group, and what a support team she had. From the initial meeting after signing on, we felt like their number-one client. The entire team--April, Daryn, Gayle, Johnna, and everyone at The Joan Kelley Group--was outstanding. They kept us fully informed, communicated regularly, checked in often to ensure we were aligned, and provided helpful solutions whenever we needed guidance. We've gone through several closings over the years, both for ourselves and our parents, but this was by far the smoothest and least stressful experience we've ever had. We highly recommend The Joan Kelley Group and especially Beth Chamberlin if you're looking to buy or sell in Sun City. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about the Joan Kelly Group. I had to sell a house that I had inherited while living out of state, and the entire process could have been overwhelming. Instead, they handled everything. The house needed repairs, and they found all of the contractors, managed the work, coordinated the cleanout, and kept everything under the original budget, which was already very reasonable. They even fronted the repair costs without charging any interest, which made a huge difference. They also went above and beyond by helping recoup some of the cleanout costs through charitable contributions and auction houses. Once the house went on the market, the results spoke for themselves: it sold in three days, for 100% of the asking price, with a 30-day cash close. Whether buying or selling, I would not consider anyone else in the greater Hilton Head area. The Joan Kelly Group is professional, efficient, honest, and truly exceptional from start to finish. read more

When my husband and I started the process of finding a home, we were aimless - a bit all over the map! Enter Glenda and Lonny Satterly with the Joan Kelly Group...they became our map, compass and guide. With a detailed and organized plan, they helped us execute a well thought out search. We were navigating our search largely from our home in the Midwest and Glenda and Lonny couldn't have been more accommodating - they were responsive when we had questions, they previewed properties for us so that we could make the most of our time when we came to town, they spent countless hours with us when we did come to town, they had great information and in the off chance they didn't have an answer to one of our questions, they would revert back quickly with an answer. All the while, they acted with great professionalism, kindness and patience. It was a sincere pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Heather Skow, from the Joan Kelly Realty Group, was our sales consultant for the sale of our home at 111 Hunley Court in Sun City Hilton Head. Heather, by far, exceeded every expectation we had from meeting with her, the improvement suggestions recommended for the home, her honesty and integrity she displayed during the sale process, market pricing, listing, preparation for showing and careful management throughout the overall process was impressive. Not a day went by when Heather did not contact us with updates on the status of the sale. I have never, in my many years of dealing with real estate representatives, had an agent who came close to her skills, knowledge and ability to communicate in a down to earth fashion with the homeowner. If you are looking for a sales consultant to assist you in the sale or purchase of a home, look no further. Contact the Joan Kelly Group and ask for Heather Skow. read more

We recently purchased a home in Bluffton SC, with the expert advice from Glenda & Lonny Satterly with The Joan Kelly Group at Keller Williams Realty. We live in New York State and trusted them to find us our next home-5 states away! They were VERY helpful as they know the area and they know the real estate market. We considered 5-6 properties before settling on the one that we bought. As we considered each property, Glenda & Lonny were experts in the pros & cons of each property, and the area it was located in. Working as a team, one of them were always available to answer our questions. Lonny did a great FaceTime walk-through before we submitted an offer, and we bought the house without seeing it in person until the day before we closed. They guided us through each step of the buying process, as it can be very confusing and overwhelming. We cannot recommend them enough-they are the best! read more

I recently purchased a home in Hardeeville, SC with the help of my buyer's agent Glenda Slatterly of the Joan Kelly Group. I could not be more pleased with the process. Since I was purchasing from out of state, it was great to have someone with their eyes on the group to help navigate through the process. She was so responsive - it would be minutes and she would return my call no matter what time I reached out. She helped me through the selection process (I purchased a new build) and was a fantastic resource for the area. Lonny Slatterly came armed with a roll of blue painters tape on my final walk through to ensure nothing was missed. I would absolutely recommend Glenda and Lonny Slatterly. My daughter is considering the area for relocation and I would not hesitate for a moment to have her work with them. read more

As someone who lives out of state and had to help my father sell his home in Sun City, I completely happened upon Heather Skow one day when I picked up the phone to call the Joan Kelly Group. I was transferred to one of their listing agents, and little did I know that it was the best phone call I could have made! From beginning to end, Heather was friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. She seamlessly worked around our availability, was so knowledgeable about the current market conditions, and helped us with every single detail of getting my dad's house sold. We had every faith in Heather's ability to represent and advocate for us, all while being 10 hours away. I would 100% recommend Heather to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Hilton Head/Sun City area! read more

Glenda & Lonny Satterly are great to work with! We had a new construction home that's been in the contruction phase for over 6 months. Since we live out of state, we had anxiety issues as to what our build process looked like on a regular basis since we only received sporatic photos from our builder. Glenda & Lonny took care of that. They filmed weekly walk thru videos of our home and sent the videos to us so that we could see what our house looked like on a weekly basis. That is one of the great perks working with them. Glenda also helps out with interior designing. They are very responsive to our needs and very knowledgable about the lowcountry real estate market. We just closed on our property last week and HIGHLY recommend Glenda & Lonny Satterly. read more

Teresa Smith of the Joan Kelly Group is an exceptional realtor. She helped my 87-year-old father sell his home while my sisters and I live out of state, which could have been a very stressful situation. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure my dad was supported every step of the way. She was patient, kind, professional, and always took the time to listen to my dad and understand what was important to him. Thanks to her guidance and dedication, his home sold quickly, and the entire process went smoothly. Our family is incredibly grateful to Teresa for the care and attention she gave my dad. I happened to find Aimee at The Joan Kelly Group through an online search, and she was absolutely wonderful as my agent. She listened closely to determine my preferences, didn't waste my time with homes I wouldn't have been interested in, and was amazingly helpful in finding my new home with very short notice. I truly felt like she was on my side throughout the entire process, from the search through inspection through closing. Working with Taylor, Lindsey and their team at Joan Kelly Group was a perfect match for us! We lived in Maryland and were relocating to South Carolina so Taylor helped us keep tabs on what was happening in SC since we could not be there in person - she even sent videos of the new build as it progressed! Taylor provided us with lots of options including things we told her were 'must haves' for us and some things she thought would be good that we didn't even think of. Everyone we worked with in the Group was knowledgable, personable, and extremely willing to help in any way they could. It was a pleasure to do business with The Joan Kelly Group! read more

We met Beth Chamberlin when we walked into their office as walk-in clients. She was instantly welcoming and so nice. We felt extremely comfortable with her and she went above and beyond to help us. She stayed with us checking in every once in a while until we were ready to pull the trigger on our (hopefully) forever home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Sun City area! Logan Roberts and the Joan Kelly Group were simply, exceptional. Logan represented us very well as our buyer's agent and was our eyes and ears while building our new home. Her responsiveness and communication far exceeded our expectations. In fact, the photos and videos that she took and sent to us were perfect given that we were not local and these allowed us to see every part of the construction process. Logan often provided excellent guidance and recommendations during the buying, construction, closing, and post-closing phases. We could not ask for a better buyer's agent. Glenda and Lonny helped us to find a full-time home in Hilton Head remotely while we were still living in Florida. The team did a great job listening to our priorities and understanding the style of home we were looking for. When we did see a home that we were interested in, the videos Glenda and Lonny did to "show" us the home virtually were amazing. Their whole team did a great job communicating during the home buying process, with gentle but informative reminders. Glenda did a great job to not make us feel rushed or pressured. Thank you to Mike Franco for picking up my first house tour so we could start this amazing journey together! None of this would have been possible without him. Mike made the whole home buying process smooth and I knew I could trust him through it all.
