We chose to have drinks only, and it was nice to relax before and after racing. The simulators were a lot of fun, and everyone in our group enjoyed the experience. The only thing to know is that the races move quickly--you only have about two minutes between sessions to switch drivers, so there's not much time to explore the venue or step away without paying attention to when you're up next. No one informed us beforehand that the game would be cut off before it ended, and when a member of our group respectfully expressed his disappointment as a repeat customer, the security manager on duty, Dante, responded aggressively, used profanity, and stated that he "didn't care" because he makes more money than any of us anyway. Customer service and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior turned what had been an enjoyable evening into a negative experience that left our entire group questioning whether we would return. We hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service issues and management conduct at this location.
