For the convenience of her coming to you for these services is more than reasonable. It's easy to book an appointment with her online. She will text you so you know when she's on her way, and is very quick to respond to texts if you have any questions. She arrived early both times, and is very efficient with setting up her table and other necessary equipment. She was very loving towards our dogs, giving them little treats and making a point to introduce herself to them to help make them both feel more comfortable with her and her assistant. She did an all-around great job! I highly recommend her to anyone with a furry friend! :) Emily and her staff are COVID sensitive and practice all required precautions.

Stacy runs an awesome facility. She and her team are all hands-on and they love the animals! The first time I met them, I learned about raw food for animals. I switched my dogs to a raw food diet and they've not had any health or digestive issues since. I know they've spent time with Koda and Uno because both dogs have totally different personalities but Stacy and Janie know them! We discussed some of their (the dogs') idiosyncrasies and had a good laugh. The report cards and pictures are a positive plus point. I feel so comfortable about leaving my babies with them. They were happy to see me when I picked them up but they didn't 'freak out'. It's great to know that my dogs are in best hands when I am away traveling. It takes a huge weight off of my shoulders!

I took my dog in hoping for a basic grooming appointment--nothing fancy, just a bath and a trim. What I got was an emotional support animal who now needs emotional support. My dog came out looking like he lost a bet. His haircut is uneven, his nails were barely touched, and he smells like a weird mix of cucumber melon and regret. The place was messy, the vibes were off, and the owner seemed more interested in scrolling through Instagram than actually grooming dogs. (Maybe if she spent less time stalking her ex and more time focusing on her clients, it'd be a different story.) I genuinely didn't think it was possible to give a golden retriever a mullet, but here we are. Save your pet--and your time. Go literally anywhere else. DO NOT GO TO STACY!

I emailed 8/8/16 to reserve Thanksgiving dates for 2016 and I received an email reply asking for shot records and for a time convenient to bring my dog for a temperament test and a tour. I replied to the Owner's email with the dates and times good for me. I asked my Vet to fax the vaccine records which they confirmed was done on 8/15/16. When I did not hear back from Riley's about the appointment, I called on 8/22/16. The telephone rang and rang and then went to a busy signal. Thinking I had misdialed, I called again with the same results. I thought this odd and even more so because they had no voice mail. I called again on 8/25/16 to finally speak with a person. The staff member could find no record of my reservation nor my Vet's fax with the vaccine records. After some questioning and being put on hold, the person told me she found my reservation and the record. I made an appointment 8/26/16 for the tour and temperament test. Today when I arrived, no records or reservation was found. I was not impressed with the customer service based on my experience. I wonder how they treat pets when they treat an Owner with such indifference and incompetence. I left immediately with my doubts and uneasiness confirmed. Luckily I was able to get my pet sitter for the Thanksgiving holiday. God was letting me know not to use this facility...who knows what could have happened to my dog if I had left him in the care of such an unorganized place!
