Stacy runs an awesome facility. She and her team are all hands-on and they love the animals! The first time I met them, I learned about raw food for animals. I switched my dogs to a raw food diet and they've not had any health or digestive issues since. I know they've spent time with Koda and Uno because both dogs have totally different personalities but Stacy and Janie know them! We discussed some of their (the dogs') idiosyncrasies and had a good laugh. The report cards and pictures are a positive plus point. I feel so comfortable about leaving my babies with them. They were happy to see me when I picked them up but they didn't 'freak out'. It's great to know that my dogs are in best hands when I am away traveling. It takes a huge weight off of my shoulders!

First the website does not tell you the price or service options (SUPER ESPENSIVE). I have two long…read morehaired cats that can develop knots. I have always cut their hair myself but saw one of the grooming vans in the neighborhood and thought I'd give it a try. The groomer was very nice. She asked me what I wanted to have done. I told her the style of the cut and length for them both. She also cut their nails which I wasn't expecting but glad it was going to be done for the first time. Then she asked about the bath, and I did not want to torture my cats with a bath on top of this already stressful situation. She said there is probably a discount if you don't get the bath done, but I was never told the price to begin with. At the end she was adding up the services and could not find an option for a "tidy trim" with no bath, so she provided me the bill of $400. I was not happy and the groomer said I could try to reach out to the business and get it resolved. I did and two months later they have given me just a 10% discount and said they would not offer discounts for not bathing the cats in the future. If you bathe a cat, I could see that being very hard and maybe costing $200/cat, but I didn't want that and they don't offer options. If they would have told me from the start what their prices were then I wouldn't have signed up from the beginning. So I paid the bill and I still have to cut one of my cat's hair because she has knots still forming on her undercoat. I will never do this again. Beware of sneaky pricing!
