Rouben came through again! We are about ready to hand off our building to a new tenant and needed some work done for our fire department box at our main gate entry. Materials were ordered and received a few days later and the new box was installed within a few hours. He also suggested that we get two keypads for entering and exiting our main gate. A few weeks ago, I noticed the mailbox wasn't properly affixed to the iron gate for a property I was about to put on the market. I knew at some point that it was going to need to be re-attached properly. I knew this was a small job. And frankly, I felt a little embarrassed calling around iron/gate contractors to see if they would weld it back on. The first few I called went straight to voicemail. When I called Ruben he picked up on the second ring. And it was literally within the first 10 seconds that I knew that I had found the right guy.
