Not to mention the foul stench that hits you as you walk in the door. This last time the way our dog was taken care of way beyond comprehension. We left him on a Weds and picked him up Sunday and I noticed right away something was not right with our dog. He was very skittish, head and tail down and trembling. He smelled very strongly of urine and feces, when I asked about it The girl explained that he had a a few accidents in his crate and they wiped him down. Whatever that meant? I asked why they couldn't have bathed the poor dog rather than let him languish in this urine, her answer was that he wasn't eligible for a free bath until the 5th day. Really! We would have payed to have him bathed!! Also, per usual, they sent pictures of him supposedly having fun but never any mention of him having accidents. This will be the last time we will use this business as phone calls and email to talk to management yielded no response, so I guess they have enough clientele that loosing us will not be a big deal.
