    On a Saturday, around 1:00 PM, we called to know if they had availability for a same-day…read moreappointment as we found out one of our cats had tapeworms. They told us they had an opening around 3:30 PM. We then asked them if there was a way to be seen sooner. They told us to just show up and that they would charge us extra to squeeze us in between appointments but that we would be seen sooner than this appointment time. We showed up around 2:30 PM or so. They put us in a room where we waited for 30+ minutes without hearing anything from anyone. When we went to the front to have an update on when we would be seen, this chick called STACY came out of nowhere and spoke to us with a really rude and disrespectful tone "THIS IS AN EMERGENCY CLINIC SO YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT". We know this is an emergency clinic, we do understand that they see patients in order of priority, but STILL, there is a way to say things and talk to people. We told her that we previously spoke on the phone with someone who told us to come over saying that we would be seen before 3:30 if we paid an extra fee or something. We were trying to figure out who we spoke with, to demystify the information we received VS the current situation. Every time we asked sweet STACY to help us figure out who we spoke with, she replied "IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO YOU SPOKE WITH" in her adorably rude tone! After asking a few times, she said "YOU SPOKE WITH ME". Yeah right...! "WHAT YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME?" Nah, we don't, otherwise you would have said it earlier when we asked 10 times ago! "I'LL GO TALK TO THE DOCTORS" She then storms in the back room where all the technicians and vets are and starts complaining about us out loud. These are paper thin walls sweet STACY. We heard all your BS. Talking trash about us because we want to know who we spoke with...? We have been misinformed over the phone and just wanted to clarify stuff and not be charged for an extra fee for the visit, that's all. Not one time were we disrespectful in the way we talked to her. She just snapped for no reason. Probably having a bad day...? When she came back in the room to tell us "IT'S GONNA BE 20 MINS WAIT", we told her the walls were paper thin and that we heard her complaining about us to what she replied "YOU'RE MORE THAN WELCOME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY". She then storms back there again and complains one more time to the technicians and vets. Why are you disturbing these poor people with your toxic attitude? Let them do their work and keep your negativity to yourself. We took our sweet kitty and went to the lobby to ask her for her name. "YOU WANT MY NAME? IT'S STACY. OH YOU'RE LEAVING? PERFECT" Who TF says this to people? Why take your toxic vibes out on us tho? Aren't people working with animals supposed to be compassionate, human and caring? She'd be better off working as a prison warden. If you love your animals, please stay away from this place. If she has that kind of attitude towards humans in the lobby, I don't wanna see how she treat animals in the back. STAY AWAY!

Mercedes and Alycia are both absolute standouts as managers. They lead with so much heart, professionalism, and attention to detail. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it reflects in the positive, welcoming, and well-run environment they've created. Junior, the parent liaison, is equally phenomenal. He goes above and beyond to keep communication clear and reassuring, always making sure pet parents feel informed, comfortable, and confident leaving their dogs in their care. That kind of trust is everything, and he makes it effortless. And Leslie and Taylor, Crystal and so many I can't remember wow. They are the kind of staff members every dog (and dog parent!) dreams of. Their energy, patience, and genuine love for the dogs shine through in everything they do. They treat each pup like their own, and it shows in how happy, safe, and well cared for the dogs are. The entire team truly feels like a family, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my dog is in such loving, capable hands. Dogtopia has set the bar incredibly high--this team is simply the best. I'm beyond grateful for each and every one of them! I am absolutely obsessed with everything Dogtopia does--especially all the adorable activities and crafts! Every time I see the photos, it genuinely makes my day. You can tell how much thought, creativity, and love goes into every little detail. My pup clearly loves it too--you can see the joy in her face in every picture. Whether it's themed dress-up days, fun enrichment activities, or the cutest little crafts, it's so much more than just daycare. It feels like they're creating special moments and memories for the dogs, and that means everything to me as a dog parent. And honestly... I love it just as much as she does. Getting those photos and updates brings so much happiness and reassurance knowing she's not just being watched--she's being loved, engaged, and celebrated. Dogtopia truly goes above and beyond, and it shows in every single photo and craft they share. It's something really special, and I'm so grateful my dog gets to be a part of it!

My pups are always so well taken care of, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing they're in such loving, capable hands. Their attention to health and safety is outstanding--I especially appreciate their excellent distemper protocols. It's clear they take cleanliness and prevention seriously, which is so important to me as a dog owner. On top of that, their response times are incredibly fast and efficient. Drop-offs and pick-ups are always smooth, quick, and stress-free, which makes a huge difference on busy days. A special shoutout to Crystal, who is always so warm, pleasant, and welcoming--it truly makes every visit feel personal. And Mercedes has gone above and beyond for me and my dogs more than once. Her level of customer service is exceptional, and it really stands out. Overall, Dogtopia Upland has been an amazing experience. I trust them completely, and my dogs are always happy to be there--which says everything!
