My first visit to The Inside Scoop and it was delicious. My daughter and grandsons enjoys the ice cream regularly during the summer months. Since there were four of us, I was lucky to sample strawberry, German chocolate (yum) and the berry sorbet. I just realized for all the millions of times I've been here I've never posted how awesome this place is! If you want to walk into the friendliest coffee/sandwich/ice cream shop you've ever been too-then this is your place! They make perfect coffee drinks, everything you can think of with locally roasted beans. Their sandwiches are always freshly made and we loved their breakfast sandwich choices. They will customize anything for you. And of course as the name implies, ice cream! They serve Richardson's which is the gold standard in this area. Always yummy. I am giving just 3 because before the events that we are facing the service and food were good But the 50 percent of the teenagers are angry. Now they are not being helpful just giving you more work for get ice cream can you believe you have to order online that is so slow, plus no giving spoons, make you wait. It's nice to support local businesses but when they help you and appreciate your money too. Maybe they don't have the right information or choose to being another full of fear. However it is. I moved away from the area 6 years ago and was pleasantly surprised to find Inside Scoop just as I remember it. I love that they have flavored coffee options that aren't using sweeteners to achieve the different flavors. My son loved the little play table with ice cream toys. I love this little ice cream shop! I just popped in for the first time today to check it out. I was not disappointed! (Well, okay, they didn't have lime sherbit when I asked, but they do have PLENTY of other ice cream and frozen yogurt flavors to choose from!) I went with a mocha chip cone. The ice cream is so flavorful and the price was just right. I was happy to see this place also offers flavored hot and iced coffee drinks, as well as sandwiches and wraps too, which I have yet to try. All prices looked very reasonable. I work right down the street and I'm looking forward to becoming a regular customer. I forgot to mention, the staff was very friendly as well, including the owner who was right there taking orders with the rest of the staff and introduced herself by name. read more

This ice cream shop is located in a building that looks like a house. There are many more ice cream flavors to choose from than what is shown on the website. My husband had a dish of blueberry pie ice cream and I shared the Oreo ice cream with my son. The serving sizes are quite large. The ice cream is delicious. My wife and I LOVE The Inside Scoop. We frequent it several times a week, either for ice cream, coffee and Ice tea, breakfast sandwich or a wrap. My favorite is the buffalo chicken wrap and my wife's is the chicken ceaser. The wraps are huge and will leave you wanting to make room for their awesome ice cream! They always have new flavors to discover, but as a huge fan of coconut - it's a regular choice for me. My wife got me a coconut ice cream cake from them - and I can't put words on how delicious it wass --- Forget Carvel! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the facility is nice and clean and the outdoor seating around the yard is enjoyable in good weather. We highly recommend The Inside Scoop!!! read more

I found this on Yelp in a search for ice cream near the hotel I'm staying in in Manchester. We went at around 8PM, and quickly got our ice cream right after ordering. There is a long list of unique (and some classic) flavors on the board, and the sizes are all relatively cheap. I ordered PB & Oreo (anyone else love that combination?) and it was AMAZING. Creamy and smooth, yet still dense and substantial. It didn't melt throughout eating it, and was delicious till the very end. I ordered a small, which is two generous scoops. Prior reviewers are a little picky to say the least. Great hip yet family friendly atmosphere, wonderful selection, tasty ice cream, and plenty large portions. I ordered a kiddie size and had more than enough ice cream(!) and each of my three kids got plenty gummy bears! This place is brand new, so give the new staff (and new owner) a chance. The place is super cute and offer food aside from ice-cream, like an assortment of sandwiches and wraps. I enjoy sitting outside here watching the cars go by as I eat my ice-cream. Every time I travel back to NH from Jersey I stop into the scoop for a sandwich, coffee and ice cream. The best selections and always fresh food. I used to work next door to the inside scoop for a couple of years and it was the highlight of my day! Walking in and seeing the friendly and smiling staff, the always pleasant and personable owner, and of course the delicious food, coffee and ice cream, made my breaks both enjoyable and refreshing. After I changed careers I would drive out of my way just to get my coffee and breakfast sandwich because it was that good. You just can't beat it! Fast forward to present day - living in a different state - I still find myself making the trek to get ice cream and coffee here whenever I can! I love being able to meet up with my friends and family here knowing we will have great coffees, awesome food, incredible service, and a tasty treat! To see the owner and her staff going above and beyond to still pay it forward in their community (free ice creams to those on the frontline and in nursing homes) during these unprecedented times (COVID-19) - it's just awesome.
