This is a great alternative to the Winstar Resort Hotel. We were lucky to find a room available, since everything for miles was full. When booking, it was a cold, rainy night, and we were excited to see there was a shuttle to the casino. Because of Covid restrictions, however, the shuttle is not in operation for a while. Keep that in mind when you call for a room. Accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We stayed at this low budget Inn for our visit to Winstar Casino. The best thing about this hotel is the Winstar shuttle that comes every 20 or so minutes. The coffee in the lobby tastes like an old ashtray, the staff are as friendly as they can be. The 3rd floor where we stayed was horrible and this is not an understatement. It was a smoking floor as that is all they had available. It smelled so stick of cigarettes that it instantly started to irritate my throat. We seen housekeeping staff member who was spraying deodorizer on the carpet as we were walking up the hallway I stopped her and asked her if she could come inside of our room and spray our room as well and she did. Fast forward to Sunday night we were due to leave the next morning and we were getting our items together and my husband seen a roach runoff the luggage under the sofa he pulled the sofa from the wall took a picture of the roach and then killed it after that happened I could not turn off the lights to the room cause I was scared if I turned out the lights maybe other roaches would come out so it made for a horrible last night and they need to do some extermination and some carpet cleaning, and some wall painting in that hotel. Do better ass we had three rooms as we came down as a family and was very disappointed. read more

First, our room smelt terribly of cigarettes which it was a smoking floor however, it was so awful that we had to wash everything when we got home even our bags because it smelled so strongly. Second, they also overcharged us about 50$ and will not refund it after many calls. Everyone who has spoken to us at the front desk or on the phone has been EXTREMELY rude! You would think that after 4 plus calls back and forth that we would be offered some compensation for THEIR mistake which is proven by bank statements. For the price point of this place it should be much more upscale. While appreciate good water pressure this was so strong it nearly took your skin off. So strong it created wind that blew the shower curtain and got water all over the bathroom. You could hear the other guests loud and clear from the hall and the adjacent rooms. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Fairly certain something bit me while we were in bed. Front desk woman was rude and unhelpful. She couldn't even give accurate directions if we chose to walk to the casino vs taking the shuttle. It's fine enough for sleep if the prices weren't so preposterous, but it's a hotel close to a casino in the middle of nowhere Thackerville so they take advantage of people. read more

This was the first and last time I stay here. I made the mistake to let my husband 100% plan a trip. He booked this place on a recommendation. It's like walking into a cheap motel. They really don't have any amenities. And what they do have is garbage. I went to the gym and all the machines were Not operational. And it had no sanitation wipes for the equipment. I guess I was they only one that ever tried to use the gym. The rooms were ok. I've been in worse. I didn't take any pictures but you can get a good idea by reviewing the pictures in these reviews. They have a random sink in the room. I don't know what for. They do have a coffee maker and a fridge. They have a tv but you have to pay to use it. It didn't even show basic channels without you paying. After all this, we paid $400 for one night. The most expensive room I have ever stayed in and I usually stay at 4 & 5 star hotels. We wanted to get a room at one of the Winstar Casino and Resort towers but they were booked solid for the weekend. We were then offered the Inn at Winstar which is about a mile away from the casino. It turned out to be a very pleasant and quiet stay despite getting a room close to the side entrance (Room 102). The staff was pleasant and helpful. It's still so much better than dealing with the crazy check-in and check-out process at the towers. Next time they book us here, I won't complain. read more

First of all, I was shocked that I've lost enough at the casino to get a comp room, but I can't go back in time so it is what it is. The front desk staff made the whole experience great. I never took the shuttle to and from the casino. I walked a few times during the daylight, through a big parking lot and a little bit of grass. At night we just drove the car back and forth. I stocked the room with ice from the ice machine, I used the safe, I showered twice and I slept in the bed. The only complaint I had was with the bed, well I had two issues actually. The first one was the tiny pillows. Much too small to lay comfortably on. All of them were small and stuffed weird. The second issue was the bed linens. There was no comforter on the bed, just sheets, so I was cold all night. I even turned the heat up a bit but not too much because I am at the hot flash stage in my life. I realized in the morning that I just could have turned the while unit off but that might have made it stuffy. If they just added a duvet or comforter, the sleeping experience would be much better. read more

This is my first time staying at the inn. It is certainly not as nice at the towers, but it still fit all of our needs. It was clean and the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. She gave us some free coupons for the casino. We forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste, but they had complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, we were able to get our room for free, we just had to pay taxes. This was part of our rewards from playing at the casino. Overall, will stay again if the casino towers are sold out. read more

My daughter and I stayed November 5, 2021. Arrived 3:00 am. The 2 ladies that were working front desk were so pleasant and helpful. She brought us an extra blanket and fixed the wiring on the tv that had been unplugged by previous people staying there. The room was clean, comfy beds and nice sheets. I arrived at 3pm, the time which my email confirmation said my room would be ready. The front desk staff said it would be ready at 330pm, so we went to the casino and got our players club card and came back at 3:45pm. A new front desk staff was there, an older lady with blond hair, extremely rude, told us it wouldnt be ready till 4 or 430 and we should go back to the casino. I told her we would wait in the lobby, we wanted to get our stuff out of the car. She huffed and puffed and could be overheard complaining to other staff that we were being impatient and that she would check on it herself. I felt like we weren't wanted there. I would think after the last year they would be glad to have guests. We didnt get in our room until around 4:15 and trust me they dont deduct the hour you didnt get from the bill. Once we went up to the 3rd floor we could hear the hospitality staff talking about us that "thats them, thats who she was talking about." Really?!? All because we wanted our room for time it said on the email. The room itself is an average room, nothing special, any Motel 6 room is the same, not worth over a hundred dollars a night. The mattress was terrible also, very lumpy and I could feel the springs. The shuttle is not available, so thats basically false advertisement and it was just average. I have always had a good stay at The Inn. The pros: Comfortable & safe room, nice bed, big tv, late check out, friendly and helpful employees, good ice machine, clean rooms and sheets/pillows, good security, nice comps for players, cozy & quiet, coffee machine in lobby, yummy chocolate treats, cold AC, good parking. Cons: Resort fee of $10.70. I don't use the wifi and there are no other ammenities to speak of. In general, hotels are getting really greedy with tacking this fee on. In Vegas I only Airbnb now because of the rip-off resort fees. Even a "free" room can cost upwards of $40 per night. On one particular stay, my bottom floor window would not lock. The lobby host and I both tried to work it, but couldn't get it to lock so they were able to switch my room promply. In some rooms when the AC kicks on, there sometimes can be a loud knocking noise. I mentioned to maintenance and he said some parts were on order for this issue. All in all this is a nice place to stay and I would reccomend to others. I am grateful to rest my head in a safe comfortable place and play some poker. 5 stars if they removed the "lodging/resort fee". read more

Okay. So we don't expect much when a place sends you something for free. It isn't all that bad when it comes to looks and everything. I mean. I've stayed in worse. We had booked 2 nights and left after one cause the 10 cop cars surrounding the building and them in all areas of the hotel was not reassuring. Very nice and quiet hotel. The shuttle bus is nice to have also. Everyone who works at this hotel is always so nice.

Room while not spacious was clean and useful due to its proximity to the casino. We rode the shuttle and enjoyed not having to find parking. No "extras" other than some candy. The linens were soft and the beds reasonably comfortable ( Dorothy said best though - no place like home) . For what you get at this hotel I give it a one star. The rooms are comfortable, but the tv didn't work. When I needed extra things, I had to go get them because they wouldn't bring it. There is no pool here and they tell you to drive to the RV park, you are not able to use the casinos pool. They do not serve breakfast. This was my first time at the casino and I checked in, and went and gambled and got a rewards point card. Before I checked out, I asked if they could add my stay to my rewards and she said that wasn't possible and I would have to do it next time. If that's the case they shouldn't tell you you can use them for hotel stays, if they won't accommodate to you being a first time flyer. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I give the Inn at Winstar 1 star because we originally booked at the resort but was redirected to the inn because we have a chihuahua. I was assured that my wife and daughter would love the pool accommodations at the inn since we could not use the ones at the resort. After checking in we found out that the pool was down the road about a mile at an RV park and is also the pool for the truckers. You needed a pin to get into it but the RV park was closed so they couldn't even use that pool plus it was very murky.we also noticed the bed bugs about 7:00 am. I will not be associating with anything else to do with Winstar World Casino after this! And I would not recommend it to anyone either. read more

Do not stay here. I stayed here this pass week and ended up having scabies according to the ER. I never knew what scabies were till now! I woke up the next morning thinking of nothing and then went to the doctors cause my rash was multiplying. I called winstar as a courtesy to let them know and sent in as a report. What did I get?!?! They said they would call me but never did! Annnnnddddd I called at 11am! SMDH!!!! This is a great option if you're wanting to go to Winstar and the hotels are fully booked/too expensive. We came here because we got a discount on rooms due to our player cards. The inn is tucked away and is right in front of Blackjack Lane, where the other two hotels are located. We arrived and were greeted by friendly employees. Since it's still technically Winstar, hotel staff are dressed just as they would be at the Casino/Hotel. There are three floors and there are both non-smoking and smoking rooms. The rooms are nice and there is a big flat screen tv in the room equipped with direct tv. There is also a couch which I think can turn into a pull-out bed. My boyfriend and I had a King room but it could of comfortably slept at least 4 (to give you an idea). There's a police officer that guards the lobby at all times I believe. The police station is right across the street so there is a lot of patrol and security. There is also a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to Winstar and back if you do not feel like driving the 30 seconds down the road. Cons: no continental breakfast, $10.50 non-refundable lodging fee, no bar (if that is a factor for you) read more

Not bad for the free night we received from Winstar. Shuttle runs every 20 min. We found the back road that went right to a Winstar so didn't have to get on service road. Front desk employees were nice. Shower was great, King size bed was comfortable even though 3 small pillows weren't enough. First floor and no noise problems. I was here last weekend for my daughters 18th birthday. The staff was so helpful. Probably one of the most helpful staff at a hotel I have ever had to deal with. Stacie on the nights shift was so very sweet and nice. After my daughter and I got back from the casino she had a gift bag of snacks and goodies for my daughter. That was a big plus in my book. Hey if my kid is happy and she is put on a pedestal, I'm happy. The room was very nice. Bed was super comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The Inn looks like a nice place until you look closer. On Friday, 6/16/17, The room we were in was on the 3rd floor. We arrived late and just stopped by to check in and place our belongings in the room before going to the concert. When we came back to the room about midnight, we realized there were only 3 scraggly little pillows on the bed. I called the desk and she said she would send some up immediately. Then we realized the toilet was clogged and we hadn't even used it. Another phone call and we were told someone would be there immediately. After about 15 more minutes my husband went down to the lobby. The desk clerk was sitting there with he security guard visiting. She gave my husband a plunger and pillows. She thought it was all hilarious, as she continued to hang out with the guard. The counter in the room was sticky, there was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower head was slimy. $250.00 for a night of disgusting! I'm told the hotel in the casino is wonderful so we will try that next time. Inn at Winstar is disgusting with horrible service. read more

My boyfriend & I were recommended this Hotel by Winstar employee due to the fact they were booked. As we arrived, we were greeted by the front clerk. Very friendly. We got checked in and went up to our room, 3rd floor. So far, so good. It was quite chilly and when I decided to crawl under the covers, I found stains and black hairs through-out the bed. Not to mention a hoop earring on the ground. I griped so much, my bf then told me to call the front desk. So I did, stated my problems and asked if anyone could bring us a new bedspread or something for our raunchy bed. Also black stains all over the floor. The lady then told me that house keeping was not around & basically we just would have to deal with it. Not to mention we called several times earlier for some items needed, which they said they had. Yet no one ever called us back or brought anything to our room. I will not be staying here again, and if so demand for the best quality room there is. read more
