Ulta advertises a birthday gift the month of your birthday. Walked in this store today, 8/4/26 and…read morethe cashier grabs a plastic bin with a small handful of birthday items and says pick one. Ulta sends a birthday email on the 1st day of the month showing a list of all the birthday items you can choose from to then not have them available in the store and cashier says "They go fast." Its the 4th of August! She then says we should request it online to get the one we want. She then says they get a 3mo supply and most were gone at the end of July. Nothing special about this birthday gift promo. Walked away with the tiniest sample of a liquid blush. It took more gas and time than what this birthday gift and store experience was worth. If by the 4th day of a birthday month, the inventory is that low and I receive whatever is left, I won't bother with it. I think its time to change the process. UPDATE: Lowered to 1 star based on the company response to get the birthday gift online, which is the same response we received in the store. Thanks, Ulta.

I ended up purchasing body butter, hand cream, a soap bar, moisturizer, and so much more. What really stood out was the experience. We were given samples, which is actually how we discovered and decided on several of the products we purchased. It made such a difference being able to try things firsthand. The young lady who helped us was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the products without being pushy. You can tell she genuinely understands and cares about what she's recommending. If you've been browsing online or are curious about new products, it's absolutely worth stopping in. Great selection, excellent customer service, and a very welcoming experience overall. I'll definitely be back!

Five stars for location, helpful workers, variety of makeup, and being a spot I will return to time…read moreand time again. I love fragrances so I wanted to try the Sol products. Compared to the higher end eau de parfum like Gucci or Dior that can cost over $100, the Sol products are well priced and fun sprays for every day use. We also came for some Too Faced mascara which looks very nice. Since I use a variety of products, usually from Ulta, this is a nice option. Especially since some of the products are Sephora exclusive, like the Sol products. The reason for the three stars is for the Sephora corporation and not the individual store. The store is great! It is for their costumer program. At Ulta, for every $100 you spend, you earn $3 back. That is not hard to do, things cost a lot of money right now, and it you have people with, for instance, long hair, you spend a lot of shampoo, conditioner, maybe face products, and other essential items you need for daily hygiene. So, I get back that 3% once I hit that hundo. But Sephora will only give you a voucher after purchasing $500 worth of products! That is insane. You get a $10 voucher which will only cost you a little more than $300 at Ulta. This means, I would rather spend my money at Ulta as a consumer. They both seem to offer free shipping, but still, Ulta wins on this level. Stating the above, I do enjoy shopping in person and like the vibe of this store and this mall. So they will see me around often.

I was check out the clearance aisle end cap which is usually towards the back and it was currently an extra 70% off the already reduced price..... so I got things like Old Spice men's body spray for $0.60 and a pack of crayons for like $0.09 who can beat that...
