Upon entering, we were greeted with a hello and asking plethora of beauty and hair care items and accessories. Just rows and rows of a variety of items - I felt sure that we could find anything I needed in here. We decided to check out the wig selection. Given the space, they have a reasonable selection of different lengths, colors, styles, fits and prices. You can even try on the one(s) you are considering purchasing. They provide a stocking cap and a mirror for your preview. My family member purchased a wig and is quite pleased with it. After going through the wigs, we browsed through the aisles of beauty and skin care products. We decided to try the 100% shea butter. Overall, it is a good store. We received good, friendly customer service with reasonable prices.

Store clerk immediately stated that the item was not purchased at the store in spite of presentation of a receipt. Then the clerk stated that the item was purchased too long ago, however their own policy does not put a time limit on a store credit. Further adding insult was the rude manner in which I was addressed. The customer service was very poor. It is unacceptable to service a primarily African American clientelle and yet provide subpar services. We have other choices. I won't be back and I suggest that others find a place to do business that will ALWAYS treat the customer with respect, not simply when they are collecting money.

The staff is friendly, especially the younger lady that works behind the counter. She was really patient with me as I was indecisive about two items. She was unable to assist but found a color specialist to help me pick out a new foundation. I believe her name was Riley and she was very helpful. She was able to test out a few foundations and we found the perfect match. I even bought a foundation brush that she used to apply my makeup; it felt so good as she applied it on my skin. I ended up buying that even though that's not what I came in for. She was even helpful with picking out a new primer which unfortunately they were out of stock, but she recommended a few places I could find it. I ended up coming back the next day to wonder around. They have a great selection of perfumes. I picked out a few I plan to buy in the future. They don't have celebrity fragrances but the selection they do have is great and plenty. Check out is fast and easy. I will be back.
