Four physical trips resulted in either no record of my appointment or a 35-minute wait to sit for a style of the synthetic wig sold to me, which was way too small. One assistant offers to cut & enlarge the synthetic wig during the only hands-on appointment. Last week on 12/16, I confirmed (recorded) with the alterations assistant, "Karen," that the wig would not be ready until Dec. 30. I was overcharged $60.00, marked as the 6% state sales tax. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.
