I'm so happy that Lush has come to Somerset! Everyone (guys too) who loves to pamper their skin should rush to Lush. Their handmade body products are made with natural oils and ingredients to indulge your senses and soothe your skin. I lean towards their bath bombs (Sex Bomb is my favorite) and bubble bars (Pop in the Bath). They smell so nice and the scent lingers in the bathroom for a long time. Warning: Some of the bath bombs have glitter, flower buds or confetti which can make a mess. Put these bombs in a knee high or the like before dropping in your tub. Now (the end of the year) is a great time for you to try Lush if you've never been before. They are having a Clean Slate Sale. All soaps, bubble bars and bombs made before Dec. 1st are buy one get TWO free! This is quite a deal as each piece is about $6 each! Other products are BOGO free. Lush is strictly against animal testing and animal cruelty. Another great reason to shop here again and again!

I recently visited Lush which I haven't done in years, so I was quite amazed at all the changes within the store. I didn't even realize they had gone through a complete remodel, ditching the all black with subtle pops of color, for wood and tile accents that really brighten up the place. I'm grateful that it's located fairly close to one of the larger department stores so it's easy to find and get to if you don't have a lot of time... or if you just hate malls like myself haha. Walking in reminded me of a small farmers market, but for hair and skin care products! I was greeted with wooden trays and baskets that looked liked a colorful display of fresh fruit and veggies, but turned out to be their bath bomb selection, how cute! Lush is known for their ever so popular bath bombs, but they've expanded their store from bath bombs to beyond offering products like shampoos, conditioners, scrubs, make up, face masks and even fragrances now too. I love how everything sort of, kind of resembles food/sweets like a cool cheese board or even slices of cake! Like there's this cold bar in the middle of the store that straight up looks like a salad bar but for facials! It's so cool the way they have the different bowls with freshly made facials set up for a "take and go" kind of deal. They've always had sinks in store for testing different products, but they've updated and now have these huge farm house style sinks that make you feel like you could perform the most perfect water face splash, just like in the commercials. I didn't get anything that time, but I'll definitely be back to recklessly spend, for the sake beauty!

I read these reviews and I have to wonder - how do you people get out of a Lush store with $50, $60 purchases?! Someone please teach me. My first time, I walked out with over $1,000 worth of Lush stuff. The second time, it was about $500. This time I made a list and actually stuck to it - and still I couldn't walk out with under $250. And that's not counting online orders I place about every two weeks, in between store trips. But honestly, I don't feel even one bit guilty, because Lush has simplified my life drastically. My skin will absolutely not accept anything else, and every penny spent on Lush is entirely worth it.

I ended up going with a bath gift set that contained a bath bomb, a bubble bar, and a softening bath bar.

As a trauma survivor I can tell you this business does NOT support trauma survivors when self care is exactly what survivors need and with 25 years of experience by this Doctor you would think there would be multiple articles on how he tries to save lives through his expertise, he doesn't. The spa was great 20 years ago but it is a disaster today. There are multiple reviews about Raquel but when you make and appt with her and wait 3 months she doesn't show up. Then the receptionist thinks it's okay, it's not. I asked about a surgery and the receptionist said it would be no problem for Dr Schenden. That same week I call for an appt and a lady said he doesn't do this procedure any more? Did he forget? NO he is now just money hungry, SAD, just SAD. Then she recommends another clinic without a name of a doctor, very unprofessional. Folks, don't buy the old reputation, this is now a bunch of money hungry narcissist who do NOT care about humans!!

I have significant contour irregularities, dimpling and unevenness to my stomach. I expressed my concerns with Dr. Harake on two separate occasions. The first time, he blamed the irregularities on the Faja leaving marks. The second time, he claimed that it was from loose skin and I needed an abdominal wedge. I don't have loose skin nor does the indent go away when I take off my Faja. After doing extensive research and consulting other surgeons, I have unfortunately found out that these irregularities are permanent and I will have to live with a botched stomach for the rest of my life. This is devastating news and it's something lam struggling to accept. Contour irregularities are from poorly done liposuction and uneven fat removal. I now have to live with hiding my stomach for the rest of my life or until I get a liposuction revision with fat grafting to hopefully improve the appearance of my abdomen. I wish that Dr.Harake wouldn't have been so careless with my body and had took his time to adequately remove the fat without removing the superficial layer of fat which keeps the skin smooth and prevents irregularities. I hope this review brings awareness of the possible side effects of liposuction to everyone considering getting this procedure done. Unfortunately Dr. Harake will not admit any blame, and continues to place the blame on me. My stomach is the result of him completing a bbl on me. When I booked the surgery, the day of our consultation, I opted out of the abdominal wedge because he said it was optional and I did not want the scar. I did not have loose skin before or after surgery. Countless of other surgeons have confirmed that my stomach has contour irregularities, not loose skin. I wish surgeons who make mistakes would set their egos aside and fix their mistakes at their own expense. I'm not going to pay him another 10 grand to fix his mistake. If he had "meticulous attention to detail" I wouldn't be in this situation. He rushed me on and off that surgical table as fast as he could. On top of him deforming my stomach, the fat transfer to my hip dips was also unsuccessful. I will now be having a revision by a surgeon who cares more about their patients satisfaction and not the money. Update: Dr.Harake has blocked me on social media and has deleted my reviews. Multiple plastic surgeons are willing to go on record for me to sue the Harake Institute for malpractice. Dr. Harake's negligence resulted in my disfigurement. Not only did he deform me for life, but he has also caused me tremendous pain and suffering.
