When I went to leave I was informed that plan had lapsed a few weeks prior and I would now owe $150 out of pocket-or I could purchase their $270 plan and it would be covered. They tried to claim they had told me it was not covered but that was not the case. By simply asking if I'd like to renew I had assumed this cleaning was covered and the next would not be. So maybe it's the ol' never assume situation but I felt this was deceptive, especially as I had just informed them the day before of not having the extra money at this time. There are enough quality dentists in the area that I'd rather give my business to one who is also upfront and forthcoming about costs.
