The company sells colorful, affordable products including clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, home decor, housewares, gadgets, electronics and gifts. C. Wonder specializes in classic items updated with bold colors and patterns." This is true, it is Female focused and they carry an array of clothes, accessories and house decor. The pricing is a little too high for my liking but everything pops there. I grabbed a pair of earrings and tried to stay away from their Initial goods... so many! The colors really drew me in and grabbed my attention. I hope they keep it that fresh and inviting moving forward. I believe they are a pretty new company. The staff was super friendly and not overly sales-y which is always a plus for me! Especially at the fancy, Millenia Mall.

I really wish I would've read the reviews about this place before wasting my time earlier today. I…read morewas eager to go back after having dinner a few doors down the night prior and saw a lot of cute options for some sparkling new years options by looking in their windows after they had been closed. My mother and I returned ready to spend money, and I was immediately saddened by the largest size carried throughout, tops and bottoms - was a L. Either way, I decided to try on an item after being chased down by an associate to "start a room" - while I was holding an item. Never heard her do that to the pencil sized blondes in the rest of the store. Oh well. I'm heavily tattooed, I guess I'm a thief. I shrugged that off, however, the "customer service" of that act fell short. I tried on the item while the rest of the women in the store were fawned over and payed attention to as they boasted their alteration program. When I exited the dressing room, and when I gave the item back to the associate and told her it was too small I got a VERY condescending "sorry!" Nothing more. From there, I just decided to exit and not even try to shop for another item, I had really liked a jacket and a sweater. Never even got a light mention of the other store from looking at these reviews. But why should a girl be sequestered to another store just because you're a bigger size? It's very classist and downright weird. I am deeply saddened and frustrated after leaving this place. Not a girls girl place. At all.

Staff is not as knowledgeable in some areas as in other locations but the vibe is more comfortable so it's fine with me. It's also located in Orlando which is not a luxury city so it's not all that out of line. Banana Republic recently has been moving from a basic fast fashion big box brand to a demi-luxury…read moremarket with it's price point, the addition of a home decor shop (not at this location), reverting to its initial branding which in this day & age feels far more upscale than the basic branding of the past 20 or so years, and its material choices (adding more hides and leatehers, natural fibers and a far more expancivce accsessories department as a whole) However with that new demi-luxury price point comes a new customer who expects a bit of a higher customer servece level - at least basic care information readdily avable wthout having to call customer service. While this is not nesisarrily specific to this location, I did have an issue with this location after buying a suede jacket that is stocked year round. After speking wth 3 staff members about basic care for their brands suede (which is likely not as high quality as some competiors at a higher price point) all three looked at me with confusion and didn't seem to understand the basic question being asked and I was directed to customer service by all three. The last one I spoke with did ask me to elaborate on why I was asking this so at least took the time to understnad why that's information they should have at the ready which was apprichated. Otherwise, this is decent medium sized location that tends to get more of the summer prices year round with some of the winter items for tourists that routinely make stops here while in town. Staff is friendly and chatty (In a good way) but not well educated on their brand and product.

I really like that they outfit the mannequins with various styles so you can see what everything looks like together. Thee staff greeted us immediately upon entering even though they were working with somebody at the register. It was very nice to be acknowledged. They had a variety of sale racks as well in the back with final markdowns clearly noted. This is always nice to see that they're not trying to hide anything that's outgoing. The fitting rooms were well-maintained and all of the clothes have been cleaned out of them. I didn't walk away with anything this time, however I love this chain and we'll be back to see what they have next time. Overall: A Solid location that's well laid out and easy to shop / try on clothes

Though both of the ladies saw me and looked at me neither spoke. This visit was very much a 360 degree difference from the warm welcoming that I received from the location in the Mall at Millenia. This was my very first time visiting this location and I probably won't be back because I expect better treatment in luxury shopping settings. I had them holding a tank dress for me in my preferred size and they were kind enough to hold it for 2 days because the first day I was unable to make it due to inclement weather, so appreciated that. It wasn't until I stood in line that someone spoke to me mind you I browsed the clearance section for quite a few minutes even stood next to lady who was once vacuuming and still nothing however she was the same person who completed my exchange and they were not busy at all.
