They have fitting rooms available in the back of the store. I went to try on before purchasing and was told I had to leave my shopping bag outside of the room. I completely understand wanting to limit theft but I had nobody with me to hold or watch my bag. I don't like this. The male told me no worries that he'd stay there and watch it but when I came out he was not there because he was helping another customer. Instead of having customers leave their bags in an open environment why don't you have the system of counting the number of pieces they take into the fitting room. I mean I had a big purse with me too. So what's the difference in me taking in my shopping bag versus a large purse!? And all I had was 1 pair of shorts! If people are going to steal, they'd stuff the items anywhere to conceal them. Doesn't matter if you have a shopping bag, purse, etc.

She immediately understood what worked for me as a more mature woman and thoughtfully pulled together outfits I never would have chosen on my own--but absolutely loved once I tried them on. Her eye for style, color, and fit was exceptional. She created complete outfits that felt polished, flattering, and still true to the fun Lilly Pulitzer aesthetic. What impressed me most was how intuitive and confident she was in her selections. She made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. Honestly, without her expertise and guidance, I would have walked out without buying a thing. Instead, I walked out with an entire new wardrobe that I feel amazing wearing. This location follows right along with that vibe for the chain overall. Luckily, this one is cleaner than some others in the area, but overall, there isn't much in the way of "organization" outside of the basic categories like kitchen, clothes, bedding, etc. Once you are in those general areas, the idea of finding things in any kind of order pretty much goes out the window. That being said, I can almost always find something fun at Ross. I especially enjoy the kitchen and bedding sections as they do really offer some great pricing. I'm dedicated to a good deal, and I don't mind looking for it. The clothes area is truly a hit or miss for me. I either find five shirts I want and take them all, or nothing that I want and leave empty handed. Overall: B Search for those finds and you'll be sure to discover something good, but if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place.
