They do not use seed oils or use microwaves. I was told the only oil they use is beef tallow. Inside is kinda dark and decorated with day of the dead Mexican Pictures and other things like sombreros. But country music fills the air. Margaritas are decent. They started us off with complimentary chips and two very good salsas. My husband started off by trying a carnitas taco. He said that it was very good. We shared a chicken and steak fajita. WOW! everything about it was very good! The chicken was tender, moist, and developed with flavor. The steak had a nice delicious char and was very flavorful and very tender. I must give 5 stars because it was the best steak I ever had for fajitas anywhere. Guacamole was also better than from most places. The only thing is that the tortillas are not hand made but were very fresh so that's ok. Our server was attentive and helpful. She also informed us about all kinds of specials they offer here. 50% off to locals on Mondays and lots of other specials. It's great that we've found this place for the best fajitas in town.

Unfortunately, this visit was lacking substance compared to our first experience. The food quality was disappointing, and they repeatedly ran out of several items. There was also a noticeable decrease in both the food selections and the overall variety offered. Items that were highlights before, like the waffles and tacos, were no longer made to order. Instead, they appeared to sit out too long, leaving them dried out and unappetizing. I truly believe that with a few adjustments, this restaurant could be phenomenal because the potential is definitely there. However, it also felt like the two-for-one promotion brought in more guests than the restaurant was prepared to handle, which may have contributed to the decline in service and food availability. One positive change was including the bottomless mimosas in the price -- that was a great business move. Despite this disappointing visit, I would give it one more chance in hopes that the experience improves.

Review 59/365 Day Challenge…read more Came here on Good Friday 04.03.26 Our 1st dining out since we arrived in Las Vegas. Wasn't hard to locate in the casino. ~ Kumoto Dozen Oysters $ 41.99 was fresh and good. ~ Pan Roast Combo $ 33.99 was yummy. I got my spice level mild and it was perfect w a hint of spice. Since i shared it w my hubby. I didn't get it too spicy. It was a good pan roast. ~ side linguine pasta $ 4.99 definitely recommended to enjoy w your pan roast. Since it's a lot and i prefer noodle pasta instead of the rice. ~ Modelo Michelada $ 12 wasn't the best. Didn't look like a Michelada at all. The rim was salted and not w Tajin how it really is. Along it was sloppy. The server made it for us. Restaurant is spacious and big. Clean, Only downfall was there seemed to be only one server, waiting on all the tables/customers. There was about 5 other tables being waited on. Server was nice and attend able when needed. Just might be a little bit of a wait, Located in the Santa Fe Casino. I've gone to the original oyster bar at the Palace Station but since that's much closer to the strip. There's always a long wait. My Gfren brought us here at 1:30 pm and there definitely was no wait. Lots of parking available.

They give you a basket with around 5 different hot sauces so it was fun trying them all :) The first oyster I had was a 10/10! I made the mistake of thinking I could finish 10 medium oysters by myself. I got tired of them after my 5th or 6th oyster, so try not to over order The combo pan roast was great. I got it in spice level 6 and it was perfect. I think next time I would want to try spice level 7 :)

I can speak of the food I've ordered though, and to start off I do have to say their onion rings are incredible, in fact maybe the best I've had anywhere in Vegas. Lovely crispy batter with an amazing crunch and flavor but also not greasy like fast food ones. Good size portion too. The Chicken Tenders are nothing short of awesome, and a good hearty portion at a very reasonable price. They come with fries and choice of dipping sauce. You can also pick two different sauces for the chicken and have them tossed or on the side. I prefer the latter so I can dip my tenders. Their Tide sauce which is a spicy honey Bourbon is a great flavor, and also Mango Habanero, both are my favorites. They have some more spicy options and rubs too you can choose from. Their fish and chips are ok but also a bit underwhelming and not a very generous portion for the price. In fairness I'm a fish and chips snob since I'm from England originally, and there's only one place in Vegas that hits the mark for me (which I won't mention here since that would be unfair). With that said, the fish itself is pretty good and has decent crispy batter, chips are the usual pub fayre, again nothing special. Overall though, I'm pretty sure anyone that likes pub style food will find some favorites here so if you're in the area it is definitely worth giving a go.

Mine and my girlfriends first time in, we were happily greeted by two lovely ladies behind the bar. They were so kind, engaging, and having fun with regulars. What great energy! I was craving some fried fish, so I went with their fish tacos and they weren't bad! I finished my plate. I also really enjoyed their thick, curly fries. The establishment is very clean and I plan on going back since it's down the street!
