Came in with my sister for dinner takeout. I had this place for the first time years ago, but…read moredidn't remember how it was. Gyro sandwich was a 4 out of 10. Lacking in flavor and overpriced. $20 for a combo. Lemon chicken soup was not good I ended up not eating it. It had a thick consistency with shredded pieces of chicken. Baklava was good My mom said the chocolate cake was OK. She likes the lemon square also and said it was not too sweet. Overall the place was just ok. Nothing to run to. Greek food is my favorite and I've tried better places. I did notice that they had Pakistan good as well as Indian. If I do return, I may try the butter chicken next time.

Euro Bakery makes custom cakes, desserts, & pastries. Many of their cakes are displayed for purchase at the counter as well as pastries and more. Perfect spot for lunch, enjoying a treat, or grabbing coffee. Besides desserts, they also have a full kitchen menu. I loved the chicken sandwich. They were out of croissants but I actually really enjoyed it on pita. The gyro sandwich was also really good. Fast and friendly service, really great prices! My sandwich was right around $8. Parking onsite. Nice interior dining space. It did seem like they were out of quite a few items on the menu but I think Hurricane Beryl might have contributed to that and is understandable. The lady we ordered with also gave us a complimentary pistachio baklava to try when we ordered their original baklava, which we thought was super nice. We will definitely go back and keep them in mind next time we need a custom cake!

You can dine in or take your desserts to go. The must-try here is the Signature Mille Crêpes cake. It's light, airy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It paired well with the iced strawberry matcha. We also took home the Earl Grey and Tiramisu slices, which were just as good later with a hot cup of tea or espresso. The slices (and full cakes) are on the pricier side, but the delicate layers and unique flavors make it worth it. The staff at this location were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

The service is great and they even have a service robot thing that brings the dish out too. The place is clean and they serve cakes, ice cream, and drinks These are crepe cakes and I tried a slice of tiramisu. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the slice especially for the price. However, the flavors were delicious! It had the right balance of flavors inside. The only thing I didn't like about it was the powder on top. There is just way too much tiramisu dust on top, it makes it messy and go down the wrong pipe.

I was excited to find another Beard Papa's that was actually closer to where I live, but I'm so sad to say this location lacks in service and quality. The employees were just unhelpful and disinterest in being there. Not a single greeting upon walking in, not a single attempt to sell to us. We were the only customer on a Saturday afternoon and with service that poorly, it doesn't surprise me. I've had plenty of Beard Papa's cream puffs in the past that oozes with rich and tasty filling. Napkins were constantly needed with every bite. But the puffs at this location was such a let down, cream and shell ratio was super disappointing. 3/3 puffs were skimpy and was just not up to standard.

The storefront is easy to find and there is a decent amount of parking outside. Inside is pretty clean, I will say though that there are a couple of arm chairs that have definitely seen better days. A good amount of stains on them kept me from wanting to sit in them. :/ But otherwise, the place was nice inside. We split the Oreo e-clair/creme puff with vanilla filling. I'm honestly not a huge fan of pastry desserts like this but I thought it was delicious! There was a good amount of filling and the creme puff tasted pretty fresh. I would definitely go back or recommend to anybody who likes these kinds of treats.

You know, it gives gourmet without being pretentious. The bakery alone puts Common Bond in this category. If you can resist dessert order from the display case, I'm not sure you're human! The visuals and smells are always inviting, but the execution is not consistent. This time, in addition to my savory picks, It's been awhile so I thought I'd revisit my Common Bond review. This location is such a score for City Place. The only caffeine dealer apart from Starbucks walkable from the plaza, it's easy to see why patrons choose Common Bond.

Why 5 stars? Because there wasn't much not to like!…read more --- --- --- My wife had a hankering to visit Common Bond and this was the closest location to us. I'd been to one in Houston before, but just for coffee, but I had a good experience there, so I was down to try their food. There were a ton of great sweet and savory options on the menu, so ordering was a challenge, but we ended up grabbing a pretty big combination of both types of sustenance. Savory: I ordered the breakfast burger and it was really great. Normally I feel like an egg takes away from the flavor of a burger, but that was not the case here. I'm really pleased with my choice here, despite the temptation to go with several alternatives. 5-stars. My wife ordered the soft scramble, and I'll give it this: it was most definitely the softest, most gentle collection of eggs I've ever eaten. But I think I like my rendition of scrambled eggs better. 4-stars. Sweet: Pistachio Croissant: All boxes checked. 5-stars. Snickerdoodle Cookie: I offer all of my praise for this delight. 5-stars. Gingerbread whoopie pie: It wasn't called a whoopie pie, but that's what it was. Like the snickerdoodle cookie, I'm mad I had to share this. 5-stars. Coco-nut cookie: We thought this was a chocolate coconut cookie, but it turns out it was chocolate and nuts. Knowing this information, we would have opted for one of the other, more delicious looking cookies. It was still fine though. 3.5-stars. Drinks: I ordered the dragon fruit berry concoction with my meal, and in a rare moment of weakness, I couldn't resist the maple pecan cold brew, despite ordering black coffee 99% of the time. I'm here to say I enjoyed both of them very much, but the latter did taste more like a milkshake than a coffee. 5-stars for both, but I would definitely order the dragonfruit thing again. Way to go, Common Bond. Here I thought you were just a coffee place this whole time, but your food is pretty, pretty good too.
