The staff is always friendly and food doesn't take long at all to make! Staff always gives me extra teriyaki and hot sauce upon asking! I've been going to Hungry Ninja since I was in high school because I fucking like it. The food's always been good, and I've given this place years of support. But today? These people were being fucking cheap-ass bitches and pissed me the fuck off. I paid over $70 for a shitload of food. Not some small takeout order--a full spread. And they charged me an extra dollar for green onions. Green fucking onions. You can get a pack of 3 actual full green onions for $.99 at the grocery store. And they never charged me extra before. But fine, whatever. Then I asked for hot sauce, and they said they could only give me one. Meanwhile, the fucking guy before me got two--I saw it with my own eyes. So I asked again, thinking it was a mistake. And then they hit me with, "You have to pay 50 cents for more." Are you fucking kidding me? Like 1 container of hot sauce between 6 people right? You seriously think it's okay to treat a paying customer like that? I just spent 70 bucks, and you're acting like giving me another container of hot sauce is gonna bankrupt the place? Fuck you. I've been a customer of Hungry Ninja for years now. Today was the last time. The lady who works the register is EXTREMELY RUDE and INATTENTIVE to detail. I ordered a Large Beef & Shrimp combo with a coke ($20.66 to be exact.) When she asks if I want sauce, she goes ahead and puts sauce in my food. Then I ask her to put more onions in it, she proceeds to give me an extra 2 spoonfuls of sauce. food looked like soup at that point. She's on the phone with another customer while she's helping me. So I repeatedly say "Onions, I asked for Onions" She then throws her arms up in the air and yells at me "YOU NEED TO CHILL OUT! YOU DONT HAVE TO TALK TO ME THAT WAY , CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY!??" I told her to just hand me my food and just left. As if I'm not a paying customer, just asking for their food to be made right. I don't think it's fair for me to pay $20.66 for a large plate and a coke for it to not be the way I want it to be and not only that but be treated with disrespect. So then I get to eating my food, and i end up finding some weird texture thing that kinda looks like meat???
