Beef bibimbap

ZingGa has been on my wanting to try for years... and I finally tried it when I moved out of the area. I definitely missed out when I lived walking distance from here. Each dish was cooked when ordered so you know it's fresh. The flavor was delicious & not too salty. It's a cutie small business hold in the wall, but the quality is there. Highly recommend!

New Menu Price increase ncrease - Jan 2025
Glenn A.

As a frequent customer, I was shocked and disappointed that they raised their prices on their menu items at the beginning of the new year. Their plates which previously cost $12 are now $15 which is significant increase. I like dining at Zinga grill because the food is great and it was very affordable. With these new price increases, that is not the case anymore. I will less likely be visiting this restaurant now due to the prices.

I am from SFV and just so happened I was in SCV area. There was an accident on bithe the 14S and 5S fwy going back so I decided to find a place for lunch and kill time since I was so hungry already. I found this place in Yelp and since I love Korean food so much, I thought of giving this fusion place a try. The place is located in a huge town center full of different fast food establishments (MC Donalds, El Pollo Loco Etc.) and stores, If I recall correctly its accross Costco Warehouse on Via Princessa. Lots of parking spaces and the restaurant itself is easy to find. As soon as you walk-in, you will see the counter where you will order and the tables on the left hand side. It is neat, organize and very clean. They have a pretty decent selection of Korean Fusion food and I must say that I wanted to try everything as I love Korean food so much but I opted to order their Chicken Katsu from the lunch Special ($6) and would like something healthy on the side so I tried also their House Salad with fried Green Bean ($6) in sesame dressing. I went to seat myself and they brought me my food which is actually nice. The food taste amazing, I mean even if Katsu is simple I love the crunch texture with a sizzle of teriyaki sauce, topped with chopped green onions and served over steamed rice. The salad is a mix of lettuce and spring mix with wonton string (so good!) and i am not sure what the yellow triangular topping on the top but I loved and enjoyed every bite of it. Aside from the sesame dressing it also came with another white sauce and I think it is tartar sauce for the 3 decent sizes of fried green beans. As soon as I had a bite of the fried green beans, I was like, wow this is good! It nit like those typical tempura green beans from japanese restaurant, theirs is better, I guess the batter is way way better especially if you dip it in the white sauce... its sooooo delicious. I literally finished the entire food just to my self. I am so glad that I found this place in yelp and thata to the traffice going back because I was able to try this place in SCV where I rarely go (like it was probably my 2nd time in the area only). I will definitely go back here whenever I am in the area, I don't know when but for sure I will be back at this place..... I loved the food, the service, the friendly staff here :)

Chicken breast plate, beef loin plate, French fries

Interior is very nice clean and organized. Cashier was very friendly and understanding that I was a first timer. Ordered the chicken breast plate for myself and it was pretty good. Fried green beans, brown rice and salad were up to par with expectations. Chicken breast was cooked very well and very juicy but I will say it seems pretty bland. I didn't get it spicy for myself but after trying some spicy sauce off the other plate I would definitely get it spicy. French fries were overcooked for my liking but they were very crispy.

Pork belly Bibimbap

This place is INCREDIBLE. I can't review enough. I just went in before work today and I'm currently eating the pork belly bibimbap bowl... sensational . Customer service is amazing too . Will never complain

I ordered the beef bulgogi rice bowl with a mix of very refreshing veggies, and a side of chicken dumplings with a delicious house sauce on the side. It took some time to prepare however there was only one guy there (shortly after another guy showed up), but in the meantime I glanced at his comic book collection in the corner and picked four different comic books (because I couldn't choose just one..) Epic collection of comic books by the way... I sat down and the meal arrived sooner than expected. They changed the channel on the TV. I enjoyed every bite. Reading and relaxing. Truly a hidden gem in the valley.

I went again after 2 years and the pork belly didn't taste like gas anymore. Definitely a good improvement. I'll be back again soon.

I have come back numerous times and they always have fantastic service and the food is always so delicious and made only with the freshest vegetables. Another advantage I loose a pound every night I eat their food! Their food is healthy no bad ingredients in it. Brad is always so nice and he has so much patience. This restaurant is always packed and the take out orders are just as packed. Bret us another employee who always has a smile and you can tell he loves the public and cooking. Come and find out for yourself. Thus place is very diverse. People of all ages and all races coming back for more. I love this place.

Short Ribs in "to go" box.
Thor M.

Very friendly staff greeted me as I entered the restaurant. I went on a Sunday at 1130 am and it just opened. The place was clean and orderly. I placed an order to go and had the short ribs, which came with excellent veggie tempura, good portions of rice and salad. The whole meal was very good. I am looking forward to returning and ordering other items in the menu.

This is my boyfriend's favorite place nearby. The pork is very tender. I always get the chicken katsu. I'm just a katsu fan though.

They have swings and a small gymnasium. There's space for the kiddos to ride bikes. No grass though and didn't see any dogs. Ambience: At night they have lighting across the parking lot and outdoors super cute. Indoor is bright and casual bar feel. Service: slow but good and expected. They need more laborers. Food: Mac n cheese are shells and thick and the cheese is a white creamy cheese but it was served cold. Probably great when hot. Cornbread is fantastic if you like very dense dulce de leche kind of moist cornbread that's cake like. Really great with the cowboy beans and spicy sausage. Spicy sausage is juice and spicy. A little thin though. Garlic butter wings are good but I asked for them to be fried well done and they were not. Cowboy beans are a little tart with the vinegar but good and hearty. Draft beers are good. Lucky Luke blonde was solid. Good for large groups. If sit outside be ready for mosquitos, wind blowing, they have portable heaters if needed. Very cute spot and food was flavorful just cold. I'll be back.

Lucille's in Valencia is fantastic! My husband and I just left after having really delicious meals,…read moreand it was so good that we ordered a pulled pork sandwich and barbecue chicken salad to go for lunch tomorrow. Our dinner started out with scrumptious biscuits with honey butter, I had a delicious drink from the bar that was berry flavored on top, and limeade with melon on the bottom. It was beautiful and so tasty! Our meals were a barbecue tri-tip sandwich with fries, and a 3 meat meal (pulled pork, pulled chicken, and tri-tip) with mac & cheese and I added veggies. All of it was so good, and we kept commenting that the food was more of an experience than just eating to fill up. Dillon, our server, was awesome, too. He definitely helped make our meal especially wonderful. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and offered great recommendations. I'm excited to dive into all of the yummy leftovers later tonight!

Of the few that exist, Lucille's is certainly one of them. I used to feel something when I went here, as their menu is quite extensive and their portions large. The past few times I have gone, however, the pulled pork has been really dry, and the service lackluster. I long for the good old days. The last time I went convinced me never to go again, as the server treated me like I was his senile grandpa who he dropped off at a nursing home and left behind. Worst of all, they did not give me the warm towels after I finished that I love so much. They DIDNT GIVE ME THEM. I miss those warm towels. I might as well have burst into tears right there on the spot, especially after being handed the check. How I held myself together, we'll never know. With no warm towels to clean them, I walked out of Lucille's with my hands dirty, but the waiter's hands were dirtier, covered is lies, deceit, and neglect.
