I got the chicken salad sandwich on wheat with a side salad. It was good but not great. The chicken was a bit chewy, which kind of gave me the ick. I only ate half of it. It was very filling. Overall, everything tasted fresh. Much better than other quick options. I also got a chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream. This was yummy. It was very disappointing. I've previously had cupcakes from another Gigi's but didn't remember them being so sweet. I remembered that I really liked them, these I did not and ended up throwing 1/2 of mine away. Two others also threw some of theirs away as well. I also asked if they could look up my account, but the couldn't unless I had an email from them (which I did not). I don't think I'll be going back to another Gigi's again. I gave it 2 stars because we did have excelkent service.

It was a Thursday afternoon & crowded when I went in! I'm convinced people line up for the free smells, too, bc OMG! Delicious. Everything about the place is delicious I needed the cake done & delivered to the restaurant post nuptials @ 3:30.. Boy did they deliver!! The Bride's face lit up when she realized the gorgeous 2 tiered cake w/ white roses & a silver drip around the edges was for her! It was a great price & I paid extra for delivery (WORTH IT!) Never risk it if you can foot the bill for delivery..! Too many people drive like for me to risk destroying a cake after stopping short! Shannon was communicative, creative, helpful & arrived w/ the cake delivery early, coordinating the presentation with the restaurant that helped us out SO much on the day. AND YES!!!
