While the display was 100 percent empty on the Tuesday that I visited, they did have a few remaining cupcakes leftover at a reduced rate (half-price). Normally, classic cupcakes are $2.00 each, while the specialty flavors are $2.50 each. (Note: Most small, handheld edibles appeared to be a few dollars each as well.) I decided to try a chocolate cupcake with buttercream frosting and chocolate sprinkles for half-price, while the owner offered to frost a fresh red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing for regular price. She did warn me that the freshness would be noticeable, and she was right. She gets major kudos for her honesty!
