I love the Human Bean up in N Vegas so I was excited when one was opening up in Henderson. The first week of opening, the drinks were really good. Then after a while, the drinks started to tasted watered down. So I drove all the way to N Vegas just to compare the 2 Irish Creme Breves from each location, and the Henderson location lacks flavor and caffeine. It is annoying having to ask for a sleeve for the hot coffee every single time when it should be a given. That's definitely a liability issue if someone gets burnt or drops the coffee after grabbing the cup from not realizing how hot the cup was (I almost did that) If the Henderson location can get on par with the N Vegas Human Bean, then you'd have a winner for best drive thru coffee on this side of town. read more

This was my first time trying this place and the drive thru line was pretty long so we didn't order at the menú, instead it was at a person with a tablet taking orders. We didn't know what to order or what they even had, so it was hard to order with that particular worker since he didn't know the menu-or have any recommendations. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with our drinks and we received one of the breakfast sandwiches- after opening the bag we realized it looked like a burnt smashed wendys hamburger. Little did we know as we get to the window they just started making our drinks and breakfast sandwiches. We ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a sausage egg and cheese croissant, but upon arrival at the window the lady told us that we are not able to order a sausage croissant because their croissants only come with ham! inexperienced workers and rude employees have made this place somewhere I will NEVER recommend to anyone. read more

Went to the human bean to give them a shot at making a decent cup of coffee. Well there prices are great .. but i dont know if its las vegas or what but ive been drinking coffee for over 20 years so when i ask for SUGAR why do people give me SPLENDA or sugar in the raw ? I want granulated sugar. And on top of that why do they always give me like 3/4 packets. Instead of asking me how many packets i want. And then if i tell them how many i want they look at me like im an alien from outer space. And they dont give u a stirrer .please understand that im taking away 1 star for lack of understanding of what is sugar and 1 for no stirrer and having to go elsewhere for sugar. read more

I ordered a cold brew that looked more like iced tea (and very weak iced tea at that), and tasted as such. I can only assume it was an old and bulk-batched brew. Just left. This place is so cute and small. My sister ordered an energy drink. I got a smoothie (strawberry lemonade with mango). Both were delicious. It was my first time there. They even give you a little chocolate covered coffee bean or something. It's a nice touch. Other shops in the area doesn't give you something like that. I'd totally be back. We ordered 2 drinks and they both weren't good. They made my drink wrong so I had to wait until they remade it, the blended drink I received was so icy as if it was not blended enough. Literally ice chunks all throughout the drink. Idk about you but I like my blended drinks.. blended smooth Not chunky. As for the remade latte they made, it was not sweet and a watered down dead espresso taste. In love! So happy that this place opened. I got tired of having to drive into Henderson by Vegas for something other than Starbucks. The bagel sandwich was made special because I don't eat meat so that was amazing that they could do that! Most places will say they can't remove or make with out meat. Not to mention the sandwich tasted amazing and of great quality. I got a 12oz caramel hazelnut mocha hot and it was amazing as well! It even came with a little candy on it. Love this place ! I live in Henderson so this one is a great location for me. They are always pretty busy in the drive through but the service is fast and it also has a walk up window if you don't want to wait in the drive through. I've done the walk up window a couple of times. The staff are always really friendly and courteous and will help you customize your drink to your exact liking. My favorite is the coffee Granita with a drizzle of Caramel, my husband likes the Vanilla Smoothie made with Oatmilk. The drinks come with a sweet treat, a Chocolate covered Coffee Bean on the top If you are in Henderson I suggest you give it a try....why not ? read more
