I had the best experience both times and I look forward to the many more wonderful experiences I will have there since I purchased by dress there two days ago. I went to Diva's back in April, I am a local and am getting married in July 2017 and I chose Diva's for convenience. I had been dress shopping one other time and it was horrible, but a good starting place I suppose. When I decided to go again in April 2016 was when I had my sister in town, and with Diva's being right down the road, I figured "why not?" I was hesitant to go and just look knowing that I wouldn't walk out with a dress that day, I thought they would pressure me into something. I spent 2 hours there the first time with Mariya and my sister (and one of my niece's) and found 4 amazingly beautiful dresses. I told Mariya that I wasn't ready to walk out with a dress that day and she respected that and said "I'll save the 4 dresses that you loved on your file if you ever want to come back." There's a deal they have if you buy your dress the day of your first appointment (and it is a great deal) but there was no pressure to commit. Throughout the process Mariya offered amazing advice, and pulled beautiful gowns, all in my price range. I showed her pictures on Pinterest and to my surprise and delight, they had some of the exact ones I pinned! Fast forward to July 2016, my family was all in town and my mom needed to see the dresses that I fell in love with so we went this past Saturday - my mom, sister and both nieces this time (9 yrs and 2.5 yrs). I tried on all 4 dresses again, narrowed down to 2, and showed Mariya a few more I had found. She pulled additional dresses for me, all the while catering to my sister, mom and entertaining my 2 nieces. The entire staff was so gracious at the circus we created at 10am in the morning in a beautiful, almost too pretty to touch store. The last dress, Mariya told me was out of my budget range but she pulled it because it wasn't too far off and it matched one I had pinned. My eyes lit up when I saw it, then they watered as soon as I put it on. It was the last dress of the day that I tried on, not one of the originals, and the first one that I cried in - so I knew it was the one. Mariya did it! She picked the perfect dress, she was so patient with me, offered her amazing advice and then a tissue when she found the perfect one (even offering an apology for pulling one out of my range which she said she would never do but she couldn't resist how perfect this one was for me). And she was so right. I can't say enough nice things about Mariya and the staff at Diva's. They were all so helpful, amazing, and supportive. For all the negative reviews, I am sorry they had a bad experience because now having gone twice, I'm looking forward to going back when my dress comes in and then the subsequent fittings! Thank you so much Mariya and the entire Diva's staff! I couldn't be more thrilled to have found the perfect dress and cannot wait until next July when I get to put it on!

Not only did they have the best selection of dresses outside of the internet, the women working there were amazing. The boutique is beautiful and the customer service was amazing. We were welcomed and helped with kindness. The only reason I didn't buy my dress today, was that I hadn't planned on finding the perfect dress today. They were understanding and gracious. I'm looking forward to getting my dress from them and anything else I ever need for special events.

My family has gone to Men's wearhouse on occasion. We've rented tuxes for weddings. We've bought…read moresuits and dress shirts for our sons. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. But I didn't realize how great they are in our community. They have one program that lets students who are going to dances, can recommend that other students rent tuxes from them, and that individual can earn their rental free. They have specific requirements, but so wonderful. They've done other things that schools and individuals have told me, but they're great. And they'll always be our first call.

My experience with the Greensboro Men's Wearhouse locations on Hornaday Rd and Battleground Ave was…read moreextremely disappointing. I ordered a suit at the Hornaday location and was told it would be ready March 12 after alterations. When I arrived on March 15, two associates looked directly at me but never acknowledged me. I waited about 10 minutes. Another customer walked in and was immediately helped. Only after I spoke up--and after the customer who arrived after me was helped first--did the associate assist me. I was then told my suit had been sent to the Battleground store with no explanation, forcing me to drive across town. When I arrived there, the associate tried to hand me my suit uncovered on a hanger and spoke to me in a condescending tone when I declined to buy a garment bag. When I asked for his name, he refused. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking.

David and his staff are absolutely the best. I showed him a picture of a similar jacket with hopes that he could find something for me. He was able to find one however it was too big. He did offer to alter it for me at no extra charge. I went in there a few weeks ago and saw another one that I loved. The fit was a little snug when I lifted my arms so I needed a size up. Andrea is awesome! She told me that they had one at another location and would gladly bring it in for me to try on. About a week later I dropped in on my way to work and Andrea informed me that my coat had just arrived. Perfect fit and oh so gorgeous!

Everything was altered and delivered to me the next day. Kriegsman's clearly has the most quality selection of clothing in all of Greensboro. The service was so outstanding! I stumbled across this business via Groupon. The owner who runs this clothing store also does…read moreeyebrow threading out of here. It's $5, as oppose to paying $10-15 for the same service. She is very good and helpful. I had a bad eye brow wax done some months ago and the hair never grew back from that. She informed and gave me some castor oil to apply to it to stimulate the hair growth. In less than 3 months, the hair grew back fully. I'm very pleased with her services. She is kind and funny. The clothes that is sold here appear to be formal Indian wear. Sari, choli, shalwar and Kameez, etc. Some jewelry is sold here as well. I'm unfamiliar with it, so I'm not basing my review on the clothing, but the services I've received here.

Very disappointed in Gordon's Menswear today. Bought a suit in an auction (paying several hundred…read moredollars for it) and fitted there a few months ago. I was horribly disappointed with how it fit. This was my first suit and I wanted something form fitting and ended up getting more of a pajama like fit... very baggy. Being a tall man, the selection was one suit in 3 color choices. I was told by the tailor it couldn't be altered to be form fitting. Took what I could get but left with a suit I didn't really want to wear. Today, I took the suit to another tailor in the area, Sara's. They made a multitude of alterations (costing decent cash) but got the suit fitting me perfectly! I would not recommend Gordon's if you want a suit that has a more modern fit or if you are a taller person.
