Continuing our search for an area rug, we decided to check out At Home. Like other home stores, At…read moreHome sells a little bit of everything, but imagine other home stores on steroids, much bigger, with vast array of options. They sell everything for indoor and outdoor, furniture, decor, bedding and so much more. We found their carpet section, which offered a huge selection, many of which came in varying sizes. We had trouble finding a specific carpet we saw on the racks, so pushed a button on the end of the aisle to call an assosciate, and I've got to admit, I was surprised when she not only showed up, but in just a few minutes. At Home gets bonus point for that, unlike other stores, where you can push the button, and no one ever comes to help. In the end, we found the carpet, along with a few other small items. Pricing, is very reasonable, that being said, most of their products probably aren't meant to last a life time, but you get what you pay for, and if you take care of your stuff, it will hold up. I'll definitely be returning in the spring to pick up some outdoor patio seating!

I cannot express just how much I love that Greensboro has a world market. They have such cool,…read moreamazing, and unique pieces of home decor and necessities that are the best quality. Some things tend to be out of my price range but they often have sales that help and I am often surprised when I find a piece I love and the price is well below what I expect. I scoop it up immediately. In this case I found the loveliest shower curtain and cutest rug both super affordable. I perused the whole store and longed to have redecorating money so I could live in a world market. Maybe one day soon. I truly hope this store stays here. I visit often even just to look. It is definitely one of my happy places

Ive been shopping at World Market before the name change and since it was a mall staple that looked…read morelike a world bazaar full of treasures waiting to be found. As a teen, I used to wander through the packed aisles, window shopping things I'd like for my imaginary apartment. There were so many beautiful tchotchkes, decorative boxes and trays, pillows, rugs and furnishings to choose from. I recall one store had racks at least 12' tall filled with items. It's was my little slice of heaven. It was a part of my usual rotation: Kirkland's, Pier One, TJMaxx, Bed Bath & Beyond and World Market. Those were the days. Sadly those days are gone. Kirkland, Pier One and BB&B are gone forever (in my market area) & the nearest World Market to my home is a state away. Because of my experience with this store, I was expecting to see more eclectic, must buy pieces. I was looking for that "curated finds" feeling like it usws to be. What I got was "retail". Don't get me wrong, there are some nice big pieces, but the selection is minimal, like leftovers from a 3rd life overstock shipment. IDK. Have they lost their way, or is it the tariffs? I tend to lean towards the former as they have a Halloween section to sell costumes. COSTUMES! NEVA HAVE I EVA ONCE SAID OR HEARD THE STATEMENT ..."HMM, LET'S GO TO WORLD MARKET TO GET THE KIDS' COSTUMES!" I've heard Kmart, Target, Walmart and in the past 10 years Spirit of Halloween...but NEVER World Market! This is what happens when a business loses its direction and forgets its purpose (besides making money). If you are looking for candles and diffusers, or kitchware, this is your store. If you looking for tchotchkes, decorative boxes and such, try Hobby Lobby, Home Goods or At Home.

I've been to HomeGoods several times in the past, but first time visiting this location. Like any HomeGoods, if it goes in your home, your almost guaranteed to find it. And even if you go not looking for anything, you're bound to find something. They have such a huge array of items, from home decor, to bedding, to kitchen items (like pots and pans, plate, glasses, utensils, and so on), art, food/snacks, furniture, and so much more. Pricing is hit or miss, some items, are well priced, others are bit high in my opinion. I guess it's all in what you're willing to pay. We didn't have any luck finding the rug, but found a few other small items . The only interaction we had with staff was at the register, and it was fine. They were friendly, got us checked out and we were on our way.

I swing by because I'm redoing my home office. I wanted a new wall art and a blanket for my office lounge chair. I honestly got lost looking at so many goodies. I didn't want to get in trouble over buying and only got what I came for lol. I was able to find my art piece and a lovely blanket! The blanket was 19.99 such a great deal and super soft! Im in love with the print since I do love anything that resemble Western/Native. The art work is so unique! Is an embroidery art work! It was Soo pretty and honestly want I wanted for the office wall. I will for sure we back, when it's time to redo the kitchen!
